    If I could give 0 stars I would. Let's start off that Bob is very friendly, and it's very sad he did not receive training for his job. When I called to get help he let me know the manager was over an hour late and he was not sure how to help me because he was new. They gave me a car that was not for for rental, first it had 3 other customers rental contracts in the glove (one going back to December) which showed me they do not throughly clean the car. Then the car is less then 22% left due before the next oil change, the car continuously does not recognize the key fob. The car won't start or doors will not unlock. Have to make several attempts until it works, the seat have rips. Lastly, tires were suppose to have 36 psi (stated on the door panel), and they all had different air pressure 75, 70, 69, and 34 psi in them. Very unsafe. My company rented this car for a month and they should have made sure the car was fit for rental until then. When I tried to call for help I was told no one could help me to call back another time because the manager was over an hour late and not sure when they were coming in. The next day I called and the woman that answered had horrible customer service. She was short and rude like I was bothering her. Told me she had no cars that I can call around to find a Hertz that had a car. That should not be my job, when this car shouldn't have been rented in this condition. When I asked for corps. Or the DM's phone number I was put on hold for over 4 mins then "disconnected". When I called right back another employee answered and said she is on the phone with the DM now and said you need to call roadside assistance and they will tell you want to do with the car and key fob. This is a horrible way to pass the buck and not provide proper customer service. I emailed Corp and it took 4 days for them to respond that they couldn't find my contract and no assistance. I would never ever use Hertz again in Cornelius, NC. Unfortunately it was the rental company that my company used. I have let them know all the issues and referred them to start using Enterprise. No wonder all their reviews are horrible, it is a true reflection on the customer service or lack there of.

    I rent cars for travel quite regularly, and this has been the worst experience ever!!! I usually take pictures of the car during return to make sure that things are in order. During this trip, Hertz incorrectly charged me an additional $120 for tire damage. Tried reaching them by phone, but they have long wait times. They make you wait even when they call back by themselves (who does that - worst customer experience). I couldn't resolve the issue on call and they directed me to send the documents and evidence of rightful return through email. It's been 3 months today, I haven't heard back from them even once! They are not even providing the Damage expense letter, that I can use for my insurance claim. I finally decided to write about my bad experience today so that others don't have to face the same frustration I have been facing for the past 3 months. Wish I could take them to court for this mental harassment. Please stay away!!!

    This location has the best prices and the best service. I rent from them on a regular basis and the staff is always accommodating.

    Editing my review because the office made it right and got us an upgraded car at the price we…read moreoriginally reserved. But, we waited several hours and had we not gone to the office to wait for a car to arrive I'm not sure we would have even gotten a car. This confusion should not have happened and I am uneasy about renting a car from Enterprise again. -- Unfortunately zero stars is not an option so I'll have to give this location a star. We have rented cars from Enterprise numerous times and it's been a breeze. We made a reservation over a week ago as part of our vacation, and confirmed this morning that we would be picked up (implicit in this confirmation, one would think, is that there would, you know, BE A CAR for us). Unfortunately when the time came for us to be picked up we received a call that the office has no cars on the lot and can maybe get us a car this evening. This is completely unacceptable. For us, it's a partially ruined vacation since we now may not be able to even visit family members we haven't seen in months. I certainly wouldn't risk renting for business purposes.

Makes sense as to why the manager is the way he is. no accountability even from the top. Update: It took 2 weeks to be billed for this-why? I have still yet to be contacted by the regional manager. Update: I had to go back to get the vehicle. I noticed the seats didn't stow and go so I asked if they could remove the seat. I was told no as it was policy. I again expressed displeasure from this morning and Hamilton wanted to tell me that it was MY fault that I wasn't ready this morning and get loud while other customers were in there. That is not the case. I called Friday to arrange this. On top of everything else this van smells of urine This location has become disappointing. I called Friday to arrange a pick up today (Wednesday) for a rental. I requested 9a but the guy I spoke to asked if I was okay with 9:30 since it takes them a minute to get in. I agreed to that and rearranged my schedule accordingly. This morning I receive a call at 8:38a saying someone was on the way to pick me up. I told Jamal from the conversation on Friday that I thought we agreed upon 9:30 he told me to call when I was ready. I called at 9:22a stating I'm ready the girl told me she was sending someone. NO ONE CAME for ANOTHER 30 mins. I drove to the location at 10a missing an important meeting that I had. Whoever was there was so lackadaisical about the entire thing. This is the last time I use enterprise.
