I called Friday to arrange a pick up today (Wednesday) for a rental. I requested 9a but the guy I spoke to asked if I was okay with 9:30 since it takes them a minute to get in. I agreed to that and rearranged my schedule accordingly. This morning I receive a call at 8:38a saying someone was on the way to pick me up. I told Jamal from the conversation on Friday that I thought we agreed upon 9:30 he told me to call when I was ready. I called at 9:22a stating I'm ready the girl told me she was sending someone. NO ONE CAME for ANOTHER 30 mins. I drove to the location at 10a missing an important meeting that I had. Whoever was there was so lackadaisical about the entire thing. This is the last time I use enterprise.

Waited in 100 degree weather, with a four month old baby, for a car I was told was ready and waiting for us. It wasn't there and in 25 minutes it still wasn't there. They tried to give us a smaller car; when I specifically told them I needed a large car or an SUV that would hold a stroller and luggage. He assured me the stroller would fit in the car. Finally, I went back to the counter (three trips to the manager, who muttered the f word when I came back the third time) to get a large SUV because the stroller wouldn't fit in the car they gave us. So yes that meant more wait time for that to get brought to us. Then the SUV had a chip in the windshield. The experience of getting a car from Dollar was longer than our flight and I had reserved and paid online. Never would I go back to this company or recommend them to anyone!
