I had my son and 2 1/2 year-old grandson with me and it was over 100 degrees when we broke down. The employees at Enterprise were phenomenal in their customer service. They picked us up at the service station that was working on my car and rented us a minivan that worked perfectly with my grandson and all our stuff. The morning I dropped the car off, there was another of their cars sitting there without the rims and tires. They should really consider relocating to the Auto Center where the other rental car companies are at. The kind folks at Autotronics gave me a ride to Dave's. Even though Dave's front desk rental person was not there, Dave worked hard to remember his system so that I could rent a car and get underway. Dave and Kyle were so sweet and worked to get me the right car. He had received a fleet of brand new Highlanders that afternoon and hadn't even set them all up for rental. I really needed a hitch for my bike rack and he and Kyle got it ready to rent for me. Not to mention, Dave has a huge, funny, and warm personality. I couldn't be more grateful. The car was gorgeous and he rented it to me at a very good price. The car was so luxurious. I wouldn't let the kids eat in that gorgeous car. Rent from Dave's - you won't be disappointed!

I arrived one hour before my appointment because I honestly didn't know what to expect. I'm glad I did because the place was packed. When you enter, follow the line to the counter. That person will check you in and verify your information. After that, you sit and wait for your vehicle. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, it was my turn. The young man asked me questions regarding the rental. He went over the rates and if I wanted extra insurance, etc. The return process was painless. You drive up and wait a moment. Someone will take your key and do a quick walk around the vehicle. Overall, it was an easy process. The initial wait for the vehicle was probably the worst part. The gentleman at the counter was very polite. The gentleman giving me a quick tutorial on the rental was awesome! His name was Hao?!?! He answered all my questions before leaving. I believe Dave was the one I returned the car to. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside to the rental would be the overall cost. After adding insurance, it was pretty hefty!
