I was already embarrassed that it got declined and then to not have any other options was not an enjoyable thing. Ben was so so patient and kind. He helped me figure out a solution and made me feel at ease. I had to call back a few days later and specifically asked for Ben and once again helped me. I called in the morning to check in the amount of money back to me and I was then told since I prepaid (which I had no choice but to do because of his policy) I was not going to receive a 1 day refund. Enterprise is a better honest option
