The counter where we picked up our rental car was slow and there were three separate lines that went to the same counter. This ended up causing a lot of confusion and frustration. The car drop-off was very easy and took only a few minutes. We got to choose from a variety of cars. The reservation matched the car that we drove off in. The car was clean and comfortable. It was my first EV which was a little terrifying because I've heard so many stories of how hard it is to find a charger and we were going to run that air conditioning like it was a marathon, but I downloaded an app and it didn't take too long to charge it, plus it's super cheap compared to gas prices these days. Usually I'd say no to an EV but they said they would t charge me if the battery was empty, so I guess nobody wants the hassle and they're begging people to use the EVs. Lol, take that tree huggers.
