We popped by during Yogost Metrotown's 1st Birthday and took advantage of their awesome BOGO deal! Of course, we had to try their Exclusive Birthday Drink, which did not disappoint! What We Tried: ** BLACKBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE 酷黑莓莓 (Exclusive Birthday Drink): Wow! This one was so cool and unique! Tangy, creamy, and loaded with fresh blackberries! It's a perfect way to celebrate their birthday. ** Strawberry Banana Yogurt 蕉原莓莓: Sweet, fruity, and refreshing! Strawberries and bananas are always a winning combo. ** Rice Wine with Osmanthus Jelly Smoothie 酒酿桂花冻: Floral with a refreshing twist! The Osmanthus Jelly is soft and chewy--such a fun combo! It's definitely for those who love something a little different. The Metrotown location isn't inside the shopping mall but is conveniently located across from the Skytrain station. Perfect for grabbing a drink before heading out to the shopping mall! Seating is limited, so it's best to grab your drink to go. And let me tell you--their drinks taste fresh and not artificial. Delicious! If you haven't tried a yogurt drink, this is the spot to start! Drink: 5/5 Must Try! Service: 5/5 Kids: Yay! Price: Range between $7-$10 for each drink. Presentation: 2/5 Parking: Street parking available in the neighbourhood. Tips: * have a good selection on their menu. * can check out their IG for promotions. Would I Return: Yes ‍

Pistachio yogurt with pieces on top

I ordered a pistachio yogurt drink. It was fantastic! I opted for 30% sugar and less ice. They still tasted sweet but I just didn't mind. I didn't see the cashier at first but heard "hi" when I came in. It took me a second to find her at a corner. The service was quick, friendly and many choices! Some had 12% discounts on Mondays. There were 3-4 seats there , probably just for kids when you wait with families. The store was clean and spotless. I would love to visit again with friends.

Yogost is amazing! Currently they are having a BOGO for their 1 yr anniversary. The location is hip and their branding and ambiance look really cool! I would say their mochi is a bit on the softer side and not as firm or chewy so do keep that in mind if you get that as a topping

Didn't expect much from their drinks but I quite enjoyed the original yogurt with black rice! The first time I got it, found the black rice a little hard (not sure if it was undercooked or if it was a few days old) but then I tried it again another time and the black rice texture was much better - was super soft and complemented the yogurt drink really well! Nice to have this location super accessible and central in metrotown!

Came by for their 1 year anniversary promo and their drinks are sooo tasty! Previously I only tried their slush before which I thought was ok but the matcha mochi yogurt and new blackberry yogurt smoothie are soooo good!!! Strong yogurt flavour and service was quick even though it was a BOGO event ! Also got a limited edition keychain which was pretty cool too!

Tasty yogurt (bubble tea?) drink shop just S of Metropolis, in the cluster of condo buildings. Parking is available on the side streets. The place is very new. Seating is rather limited, so best to take the drink to go. There was a screen showing videos of dogs licking yogurt drinks out of cups. Interesting. Staff are friendly and helpful. There as a new mango coconut drink available when I visited. The yogurt drinks have the nice frothy foam at the top. Tasted pretty good. Not a bad place to try if one is in the area. Recommended.

I tried the grape flavor and thought it was just okay. For the price of the drinks there are better options out there.

Sfu location has absolutely atrocious customer service. Extremely rude and felt like it was an inconvenience to order.

We got one of those and a Durian Smoothie. I think we somehow missed the Greentea part of this drink cuz when we got it, hubby and I were both surprised at how green the drink was. It's only now that I look back at the photo I took of the menu that I realize the word Greentea was in the name of the drink so...not so surprising anymore that our drink was green. I honestly didn't taste much Greentea in it though. Mostly I tasted KitKat and Brown Sugar. Didn't taste any kind of Cheesecake flavor in it. It wasn't a bad drink but I think I prefer the fruity drinks that we've had from this place in the past. I think I'd have also preferred this drink to be slightly less sweet than it was. We brought our drinks home and had them while watching a movie. Hubby sat further back in the room while our daughter and I sat in the front of the room, but I could still smell the Durian smoothie from where we were sitting!

I was a bit disappointed that the menu didn't seem to match up with the purchase kiosk. I really wanted to try their matcha tiramisu but found it was gone from the menu. I settled for a brown sugar pearl milk tea instead. I thought the drink was good. It might have been a tad too sweet but I got used to it after a bit. The pearls were solid overall. It wasn't an amazing experience but I'm willing to come back again. I do wish the menus are a bit more up to date as it was a bummer to not try something exotic sounding that appealed to me.

I've had Macu Tea at their Pasadena/LA location, and the mangoes there were bland. But here at the Robson spot, I ordered the King of Mango, and it was absolutely delicious. It was super refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The drink only comes in one size, but it was perfect for two people to share, packed with mango goodness and all the toppings. Half of the store is actually used for mango inventory storage, which tells you how serious they are about their fruit. There are only two tables, and we were lucky to snag one so most people take their drinks to go. The line does get pretty long, and while they have one self-order kiosk, they could really use a second one. They also have a register, but that person seemed mostly focused on making drinks rather than taking orders.

It's been there for a while so starting to look a bit dated. Doing good business on a Saturday night, although we didn't have to wait for a table. We were not super hungry so just went for drinks and appetizers. They have a pretty sizable sweet drinks menu, with a lot of choices for toppings. I got the melon slush with half sugar. It was plenty sweet, and has the nice honeydew melon taste. For appetizers, we got the Taiwanese style chicken nuggets, and a mixed plate of braised meat and proteins. The chicken nuggets taste as expected, got good flavor, and was tender and not dry. For the braised plate, we got sliced pig ear, fish cake and sliced beef shank. I liked the flavors, and the beef shank was tender. Overall two drinks with two appetizer was like $43 before tips, so not expensive. Solid place to go for some inexpensive Taiwanese food and sweet drinks.

They offer so many different dishes (hot pot bowls, stir fry noodles, hot and cold appetizers, etc.) plus an extensive drink selection. One of my guilty pleasure meals from here is their popcorn chicken, intestine soup noodle, and their Hokkaido milk tea. The popcorn chicken is always made fresh and food portions are generous at the price point offered. There's a reason why Bubble World still maintains a number of locations throughout the Lower Mainland and business is steady. Service is prompt and decent too.
