A separate time I saw a family waiting in the store, then leave abruptly, stating they had been waiting for 25 minutes and she hadn't even come to the front to take their order. - straight up, the chicken is old. It tastes old and dry. The wings always come absolutely smothered, more than likely to cover up the fact that the chicken is old. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. I've seen no other employees besides her there and she doesn't care. If this place is franchised, the CEO of Wing Zone would be thoroughly pissed to see what is going on.
