Be warned. This place is horrible. When a place tries to sell every manufacturer they clearly don't know their product line. Several questions asked about the Mercedes I was looking at and not one but all the salesmen don't know what they are selling. The process was so painful and so unprofessional you start to wonder how they are in business. The car had extreme tire pressure setting with of course one that was low. Of course you're going to have a low tire but when the back tires are set at 42??? Of course they were not adjusted when I left the dealership. . I had to go to gas station a block away. And of course once I signed the paperwork..my salesman was gone helping another customer, It was beyond anything I have ever experienced. What I later found 2 weeks later was the vehicle he sold us was misaligned and had 2 defective rear tires along with electrical light issues for the brake lights that transpired 14 days later . we ended up spending 500 just to get the alignment and tires fixed . After going to at least 10 car dealerships, I was super disappointed on all their aggressiveness and disingenuous attitudes. Most reps just tried to get me to buy something and have me walk out the door so that they can make their commissions. Do not trust this place for vehicles under the pretense of a "proper " safety inspection. My vehicle was purchased 3 months ago and I have never been in an accident parts fell off twice on my vehicle almost causing me to almost get into an accident. I had to go to my cars maker and get certain items fixed and as i went back to this location. They told me "things just happen" and that there was nothing they could do. I explained to them no safety check should not have parts falling off 3 months later. That's very dangerous! My job is less than 10 miles from my home this shouldn't be happening and they should be more aware of their vehicles before claiming safety being their biggest concern . For starters, I had never heard of Hgreg. When my cousin told me she wanted to go window shopping, I assumed it was the appliance/ electronic store lol.. So I tagged along. When we pulled up to the place, I noticed it said Hgreg with one "H" and it was a car sales lot. I def learned something new lol.. Well because I had never heard of this place, I assumed it wouldn't be great amongst the "popular" car sales places around.. But I was wrong.. We were greeted with smiles and a guarantee that he would do whatever it took to get my cousin what she wanted. I think the car salesman's name was Javier. Alissa briefed him on what she was looking for, her budget, and other minor specifics (she's very annoyingly picky) lol but I guess if you're spending your hard earned money, its ok.. Anyway, after finally narrowing it down to 3 choices, we test drove 2, and she absolutely loved the 2012 Chevy Cruze. Small, awesome price, gas efficient, and super clean. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wouldn't wish my experience on an enemy. If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. I got what I thought was a "good deal" on an Infiniti in May 2022 and had a decent experience with the salesman and Finance team. Vehicle 1 May 2022- I took delivery late at night and heard rattling on the way home as soon as I got the vehicle up to speed. Immediately noticed that the car was consuming ridiculous amounts of coolant and the smell was obvious. I made an appointment to have the vehicle checked at their service department. Two days later I got the car back, no info about what was repaired mechanically, what issues the car had and a painted front fender that now appeared even more misaligned than it did initially. After that debacle I decided to take the car to Infiniti to get the issue resolved only to find at quick glance by a service advisor that the radiator had issues and the vehicle was missing major components to the body. Thankfully (or so I thought) the Sales Manager traded me into another car at the same price and everything looked ok. Vehicle 2 June 2022- November 2022 Nonstop questionable lights coming on and off and two oil changes later bc engine oil appeared dark and low (under 4 months) engine starts misfiring and check engine light blinking. Have it towed to Infiniti for service only to find that there was visible sledge in the engine and per the service records for the car due to previous owner negligence in getting an oil changed for 22k miles, therefore the manufacturer powertrain warranty as well as the BS wrap warranty sold by HGreg for over $1260 was void. Contact HGreg - they offer to take the vehicle in on trade and appraise according to current condition, a condition I have in writing they should have been aware of and should have found if they did a so called "multipoint inspection". SO - I am 30k in the hole with a vehicle I had for less than 4 months and has been parked at a dealership. I don't blame the staff, I blame the terrible management of a shady so called dealership. Do yourself a favor and look at my odds, 2 out of 2 being lemons and an unwillingess to stand by their own service. Thieves and slime balls. read more

Do not purchase a car from this company. They do not stand behind their sales or service. After reading all the reviews, I am now aware that they have been dishonest with many of their other customers also. I believe my story represents fraud by the dealer and deserves to be addressed. We purchased a 2011 BMW from M. Urra at HGreg. As part of the sales agreement, it was agreed that the balding tires would be replaced with another set of tires. H Greg did change the tires but knowingly used tires that were not the right size for the car. Unfortunately, they clearly took advantage of the fact that we are not year-round residents. After the warranty period of 90 days, but after only 238 miles, the car locked up. We had the car towed to a BMW dealership and was told, and provided support documentation, that the incorrect tire size caused damage to the transfer case clutch. The cost to fix was prohibitive and we ended up having to buy another car from a different dealer. What really is disturbing is that nobody has responded to my attempt to resolve with this with them directly. The salesman, Frank, answered the phone and was super helpful. I was able to do all of the financing and pre-qualifications with Udama before I got there at around 7:30pm. When I arrived Frank had already brought out the car and I was able to drive it as soon as I arrived. He was super informative and helpful since this was my first time actually buying a car under my name. Fake carfax history!!!!! They hide frame damage as a no-damaged car!! Dont buy car over here. I brought a 2011 Nissan altima around 08/16/2013. They offered me a perfect carfax history, which are no accident and no damage. HOWEVER, today (01/05/2016) when I go to the CarMax and get a free appraisal. The Autocheck history shows that THERE IS A FRAME DAMAGE announced by Auto Auction at 08/07/2013, which before I brought this car. I always looking for the no damaged and no accident car, However, they lied to me, they said this car is no accident and no damage!! But this car had a Frame Damage!!! I brought this car total almost $16,000 with 18000+ miles. but the appraisal is $5,000 with 49749 miles because the Frame Damage history. I still hold the carfax history they given to me, there was no damage report at 08/07/2013. And do not trust the test drive!! the test drive is look like a perfect condition. However, after a few months later this car appear problems, like car body will strong shack over 75 mph and other unhappy problems after I brought this car. leave this place alone!!!! go to other place!!! read more

BUYER BE AWARE.....DO NOT BUY FROM HGREG! I brought a car 2 weeks ago. The "finance managers" will take advantage of you if you do not pay attention. 2 days after signed for my car I found out that my bank approved me for less of an interest rate when Hgreg ran my credit with them for financing. But even though they had the numbers from my bank they chose to use a bank with a higher interest rate for my loan because they wanted to include they're extended warranty in the payment package they presented. My deal also happened to be around midnight and the finance manager, seeing that I was tired, added and $800 service while making it seem like it was an additional benefit of my GAP insurance. It was bundled in with the purchase price of the car so it was hard to see. Also the extended warranty sold there is a joke. It has horrible reviews and cost 2x as much as its competitors and covers way less on your vehicle. All I can say is thank God for the 3 day warranty! After finding out all this I demanded answers or I would return the car. That's when things got nasty. I was told I should be lucky my interest rate wasn't higher like others who have purchased from them. I was told I could drive UBER to make up the difference of the loan interest amounts. I was lied to and told that my file was already closed with the bank, which it was not. And after saying I would return the car, magically I was able to get a lower interest rate. Then I returned the service that was added without my knowledge. But when I told them I wanted to return the warranty because I found a more reputable warranty company, Kevin the finance manager lost it. He said I was harassing Hgreg, told me I should return the car, told me he didn't want to see my face there again. I spoke to a manager on duty but he had was from a different department and could not help I still removed what I didn't want but made point to make a complaint with the concierge department at the main office in Doral. They have not gotten back to me on anything. They honestly don't care that their employee is acting this way with their customers. On a separate issue, the car had a noise that was happening while driving at higher speeds. Again thank God for the 3 day return warranty! I took it to get check out by mechanic who said it was the wheel bearings. I went back to Hgreg immediately to document this and they said they would take care of it. I dropped the car off the next morning (Monday at 7:30am without being given a loaner) and didn't get the car back until 7:00pm Thursday evening. When I test drove the car the noise was still there. I even test drove it with the manager. They tried to convince me I was hearing things that were normal with the car I purchased. Eventually following my instincts I took it to Honda and they replaced and fixed the wheel bearings on the car in less than 6 hours since it still had some warranty left. The same wheel bearings the Hgreg told me were replaced after 4 days of having my vehicle. I have learned a lot with the car buying process through all of this but the main take away I want to share is DO NOT BUY FROM HGREG! read more

Horrible experience.! Went to their Doral location to test drive a Lotus that has been on their lot for over 180 days. Gave them my license and they checked my driving record to make sure it's valid which it was. So far so good, I think not. The sales person came back stating that his manager said it can't test driven, unless the process is started and credit is ran. REALLY! Who in their right mind run their credit without testing a car specially a car like a lotus. They truly lost a client and not only that I come from the car business. I have bought this type of car before and with the purchase of a transferable extended warranty (through Wells Fargo), I sleep very well at night. I got a good first car for my daughter at a great price and don't have a care about breakdowns or anything because I know I'm covered. They really made car buying simple and, as I am morally opposed to buying new cars due to the immediate drop in value, they made it cost effective. My first experience with Hgreg was pretty fair. I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 from them with 55k miles, car was priced pretty well, even after fees. My second experience, though, makes me never want to come back. Had to wait at their lot for nearly 3 hours until they tracked down the two cars I was interested in, one of them wasn't even drive able... also found out that they are tacking onto the interest rate they give you, meaning that instead of getting the 1.9% that TD was actually offering they sold me the loan at 3.9%, pocketing the extra. My friend also bought a car here, his turned out to have had the cluster swapped and he was threatened by Nissan to have his warranty voided because of that! Nice! read more
