    What an amazing experience with sales person Karim ... if it wasn't for him I would have walked out of this place. I was interested in a s550 and since I was paying cash I asked if a discount could be applied, instead of just simply saying no my apologies I can't negotiate the price on this vehicle. She then began talking over me, as if I was a child. They are very greedy. I also was gonna inquiring bout another car, but they said I'll give you a deal then I looked online same price that was listed. The only good thing about this place is Karim. David was very helpful in making sure he got me the best loan. But like I said if it wasn't for Karim exceptional service I would have left the vibes are off. Don't go to Hgreg Doral unless you go see Karim.

    First and foremost This review isn't meant to deter anyone from buying a car here, but to advise caution when visiting Doral HGreg location. The car I purchased was good, but aside from the car I'm still have an extremely disappointing experience with HGreg Doral. Despite assurances from Alex, the sales manager, advising me that everything would be taken care of the day I bought the car, I've been waiting over three weeks for a check related to a car I traded in. Their customer service has been unresponsive, likely due to a caller ID screening system. After signing all documents and transferring all my belonging to the new car, I went up to the front desk to collect my trade in check as instructed and this happened. Tyrone surprised me with new information and told me it would take 3-5 business days to have it ready. Then when I visited the dealership on the 5th day since no one called or followed up with me, Tyrone called me a liar and told me that he said 7-10 days. On the 10th day I visited them again and, Alan, the finance manager I dealt with, said he didn't know what was going on with my check and hasn't followed up since. Miguel my sales rep has taken time out of schedule and tried to help, but overall it's been a frustrating experience & a 3 week hold time with no updates on my trade in check. New potential Buyer Beware, Use Caution with HGreg Doral.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from CarMax and recently traded in or sold them my 3rd. I appreciate the fact that the first offer they give is generally their best, and there is generally no room or chance for haggling or negotiating and all the BS that comes with that. Most importantly, I've never walked away feeling that I wasn't treated fairly or didn't get at least an above average deal. During our most recent experience we were buying a new car from another dealership, but their trade-in offer on our existing vehicle was very low. When we checked Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds to see what the trade-in was worth, we received an immediate offer from CarMax that was above what KBB indicated we should expect to receive at a dealership, and it was valid for several days. When we came here to do the trade-in, the process was relatively painless, though not necessarily quick. When we arrived here at around 11 a.m. on a Friday, we were about the 8th or 9th car in line to get an appraisal to either trade or sell our car. It took some time to get through that line, then the actual process of the staff examining the vehicle, taking photos and test driving it took another 15 minutes and then once done, it took about 20 minutes before the trade offer was ready for us to view inside the dealership. The offer they made was in-line with the one CarMax had offered us via Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds a few days earlier, and in my opinion was fair. We then had to go to the business office to accept the offer, present ID and turn over the signed title, then pull our car into the service bay and turn in the keys. They told us the paperwork would take about 40 minutes to process and that was spot on. She called us over to sign a few things via Docusign and 5 minutes later she called us back to the window where she gave us copies of all the paperwork from this transaction, along with our old license plate, a check for the trade-in and we were on our way about 2 hours and change after we'd first arrived. Simple, easy and painless with a fair price for our old vehicle.

However, cars cannot last forever and when it was time to retire my beloved Rouge, my first stop was Carmax to see the value so I could use that towards a new car. On Friday, I put in all the information about my vehicle into the Carmax website and got an offer that was valid for 7 days. Carmax gave me more than Carvana and so I took that online offer to the dealership on Saturday. The dealer offered me much less than the Carmax offer - so I walked out of that deal, and went back to Carmax to see the official appraisal. I made an appointment online, arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon (the last day of the month) - and was out with my appraisal which matched the online quote in real life in 40 minutes. I found this to be quick and painless, and a great experience. I did not get a car from Carmax, but I feel like they gave me a great and fair offer on my car which helped me leverage a great deal at a dealership for a new lease.

When we arrived, Simon was ready to show us the car. We took a quick test drive and then returned to the dealership to engage in the usual song and dance. Simon returned from the manager's office with the typical BS stuff tacked on, and we had other cars to look at, so we departed. After looking at all of our options, we thought the CRV here was the best. I texted with Simon the following day and asked for the add ons to be removed and negotiated the dealer fee down a little. Much to my surprise, we were able to quickly agree and come to a deal. The only catch was that I needed to finance the car to get the advertised low price, but they said I could pay it off before the first payment. Juan, the finance manager, was great - no BS, no games. I ran all of the documents through Claude AI and confirmed that there were no tricks, no secrets, no "gotchas". We were able to e-sign the documents from home. I ubered to the dealership and arrived at 12:30. I was in the car exiting the lot at 12:54! It seriously could not have been easier. Please be advised that they keep the dealership refrigerated to arctic levels, so if you need to spend anytime there for negotiation or credit approval, bring a sweater! And a coat! And maybe some gloves! Kudos to Simon and Juan for not being the stereotypical vultures! This was a really relaxed and stress free process.

Not only that but before all this, i spoke with internet manager Adrian Perez and he told me the price too over the phone and told me oh we do work with our customers but you have to be present on site for us to make a deal. Alter all this communication i drove that far and was then told that the price is now higher. VERY Disappointed on how i was treated. A dealership is represented by how they treat their customers but they clearly dont care about their customer service.

Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell.     I am sharing my experience with Super Autos Miami, Alfredo Blanca, regarding serious and suspicious…read moreissues involving my vehicle purchase, the handling of my personal information, and privacy violations involving my Social Security Number and personal data. I purchased a vehicle from Super Autos Miami. After driving the vehicle for approximately five hours, I discovered that the car had serious transmission problems and other major mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I immediately attempted to return the vehicle to the dealership, but Alfredo Blanca refused to take the car back. While dealing with the vehicle problems, we had to stop at a mechanic shop. The mechanic checked the VIN number and informed us that the vehicle had previously been declared a "total loss." After discovering this information, I contacted the bank that financed the vehicle and requested help. Following an investigation, the bank informed me that if the first payment was not made, the financing contract would be cancelled after 14 days, and Super Autos Miami would be required to return the funds to the bank. After this situation, I was informed by Westlake Financial that a person identified as Katiusca Coelho contacted the bank requesting authorization to make a payment related to this vehicle. According to the bank, in order to communicate about my account, this person had access to my personal information, including my Social Security Number, financing account number, and full home address. The payment was allegedly made in cash through MoneyGram on April 28. I do not know Katiusca Coelho, and I never authorized her or anyone else to make payments, access my account, or act on my behalf regarding this vehicle or financing account. I am very concerned about how this person obtained my personal information and who provided both my private information and the money used for this payment. One day before the payment was made, I received a message from the same phone number Alfredo Blanca used to communicate with me during the vehicle purchase process, asking for my Westlake account number. I did not provide this information. This raises concerns and suspicion that the payment may have been made in an attempt to prevent the cancellation of the financing contract. While conducting some research on social media, I came across information that raised concerns. I sent all evidence and documentation to the bank. After reviewing the situation, the bank terminated/cancelled the financing contract with the dealership. I fear that my personal information and documents may be used for other fraudulent purposes. I believe the actions committed against me involve fraud, misuse of personal information, invasion of privacy, and unauthorized use of my Social Security information, which I trusted them with during the vehicle purchase process.
