This place has a wonderful option for people during the Covid virus times they have two wonderful stations outdoors and can work on you right away! pedicure Only cost $25 if you want an add a manicure to it it's $40 and if you want to add gel that's an additional $15 but the booths are wonderful the store is very clean and the service is really friendly they also have hand sanitizer available so they're doing everything they can to make sure you stay safe and still get good service. I got a pedicure and my feet are terrible luckily when they were done it didn't even look like my feet lol! I was very happy with the service I think you should come here!! read more

What happened to this nail salon? I used to frequent here when it was just down the street from where I lived. Limited nail colors. Furniture is very run down. In fact the whole place looks run down. They pressure customers to do gel nails. I heard this one worker asking and asking another customer to do gel toe nails and she kept saying I don't do gel on my toes. They ask you to for upgrades like deluxe pedicure etc. When you decline, there appears to be an attitude like oh ok you don't want to do that but without saying it, if you know what I mean. I also witness them turn down a male customer who just wanted his nails cut. I was the only customer waiting for a turn. They said they don't have time to cut his nails. Honestly, I think they were being prejudiced of his appearance. After waiting 20 minutes, another customer who had an appoint walked in and was seated immediately. Then told me I had to wait another 30 minutes. After the events I witnessed and the poor customer service, I decided it was not worth the wait and walked out. What a total waste of my time. Beware they accept CASH ONLY. That in itself seems sketchy to me. I don't think this place should even be in business. read more

Do not go here save your money. Broken machines, broken chairs, they don't even wash your feet during a pedicure. I went for a gel fill and regular pedicure. It was a complete F-King disaster - TWO MACHINES DIED on my hands as she was using them and I had to move to use one that worked .....then she basically botched cutting my nails down , then cut me several times while sanding them down....... i explained "please don't cut me I'm having the worst experience here." AND THEN I was charged 50 Dollars ?????? I'm so confused as tofor what. IM REALLY FUCKING MAD. I almost ran out without paying but I'm not like that. She painted all the way up to my cuticles and even proceeded to drill the top cuticle part while the gel was already dry. She didn't even completely paint my nails. She left the sides all sloppy. I came here cause i was in the need of a pedicure and it was close by, horrible service. I'm not one to complain but she didn't clean up my cuticles well nor scrubbed my foot with pumice. The water didn't even have no bath salt, she filed my toes with a used file and didn't even give me a correct foot massage. Plus she cut my toenails with the nipper and wrong. Went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure as this place is close to home. I am never coming back. The customer service is horrible. On first impressions this place is filthy. I walked in and was put in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes which I thought was awesome but they filled the tub with barely any water . I looked at the person next to me and she barely had any water in her tub! The pedicure lasted 10 mins or less. The manicure was better but she brought me a dirty dusty dish to soak my nails in and I had to ask her to use a new file and buffer on me. She was trying to use a really old and dirty file. The gel polish application was horrible. My nails are lumpy and have see through patches. I asked for a third coat of color and she wouldn't do it. Went in today to take off my acrylic nails and get a gel mani. Don't even know her name because I didn't care for her attitude. She wanted to pop off my nails and I asked her to please soak them off instead. She ignored me and went on as she pleased ultimately ripping one of my nails. I decided to not get the polish anymore as I was not satisfied with the nails. She then decided it was okay to charge me the full amount of a manicure 18$ instead of just the acrylic removal which to my understanding was only 10$. This place is closest to me so I've been going here a bit. The only staff I like is Marie because she smiles a lot and is friendly. The others are alright. I saw a lack of photos, so I just recently took a bunch. I have to ask for Marie though or make an appointment, otherwise, the boss will just place me somewhere. Oh and apparently you have to make an appointment if you're coming at 9am too just in case, or else you'll be stuck outside like that other yelper. Even though it says it would open at 9. So I'm giving 4 stars because Marie makes the experience nice. She likes to talk to me while she does my nails, but if you don't want to talk, just take out your phone or tell her nicely. She will totally make you laugh though!(: I can understand Vietnamese, but she speaks English to me anyway and is the best out of everyone there. She said she does waxing too, but I haven't done that yet. I've gotten manicures before, but forgot to take pics right away... I got a pic of my recent pedicure when I got home though. I used a purple OPI with a tiny design. The pedicure was nice. The water felt good and she really got my feet clean (: I had calluses, but she got it smooth. She was also fast with the painting, so that was good. I left her with a $5 tip. Sometimes I try to put more, but the norm for me is $5 because college students are poor D; They have a lot of nail polishes, but they could have more you know? I feel like they should get more. My mom, who is a regular went to this bullshit place to get a pedicure and brought my brother along for the ride who is in a wheelchair. When she walked in there were no customers and all the techs were relaxing. My mom let them know that she was going to get my brother from the van and just wanted to make sure there was an availability before bringing him into the shop. Unfortunately, my mom was refused service. They asked her to come back at a later time when my brother was going to be watched by someone at home. My mom expressed that she doesn't have anyone to watch him and she is not sure why it is an issue for him to be there. Apparently, per the tech, the owner and her husband would prefer my handicap brother not be in their shop because they did not want people to stare at him?!! This is discrimination and they don't even deserve the one star I'm giving but I have to give it to them so that I can write this review. Across the street getting gas and decided to stop here for an eyebrow wax on my lunch hour. I know they have bad reviews, but I figured how bad can it be? They had no one in there, and the nice lady took me right away! Yes its not very clean, but she did a nice job, and super quick. Now, I don't have much eyebrows and its been about 8 months since I had to even do anything to them. First time coming here and let me tell you I was hesitant to do so after reading all their negative reviews. Being as it is Sunday and most nail salons are closed I didn't have many options so I gave them a chance. I have to agree with all the other reviews that this place could use some cleaning. Although they do change the bags where they fill the water and your feet soak they do not do any additional scrubbing in between customers. Chee took care of me today, she greeted me, asked me how I was doing, how I liked my nails cut and was very informative when I asked her what was included in the deluxe pedicure. She didn't seem annoyed when I asked her to please run all the clippers and nail tools through alcohol as an additional cleaning measure (of course after asking if they pre-sterilize all their tools). Deluxe pedicure includes sea salt, mint mud, callus scrubbing and paraffin wax for $35. First time spending this much money on my feet but it's been a while since I have treated myself. I recommend Chee, she was sweet and patient. I had a little accident with my nails before leaving the parking lot and she fixed them again. She is only here on Sunday's so I got super lucky! I didn't have much interaction with Thao until the end when she took over doing my hands while Chee worked on my feet. She was also kind and both aimed to make sure I left satisfied. I will probably return due to how conveniently close it is to home but hopefully they do some extensive cleaning. Until that happens I will take all the precautions necessary and bring my own nail clippers & tools and nail polishes too! read more

As the lady put nail polishes, she started to fight with another worker! They were talking in Chinese and were shouting nonstop.
