For $30, I received the most laziest and quickest gel nail manicure and a basic pedicure. My nails have bumps and she completely missed covering my nail with the polish. I was already very concerned from the how my nail tech was not even paying attention to how she was doing my nails and she was rushing. Right off the bat I wasn't asked how I wanted my nails she just began doing my set. Wasn't even the length I wanted and she couldn't even do my requested French tip I wanted. 1st and last time...btw this place looks unsanitary! Stopped by for a gel mani & pedi on Friday morning. I had 2 girls work on me. The gal that did my hands rushed through the manicure skipped the massage or lotion part and proceeded to polish. She did not trim or cut my nails nor dis she file or buff them... She painted the polish on my cuticles..i pointed it out to her..She tried to fix it by dipping a brush in acetone and getting it off. i asked her if she had been doing this for a long time and she responded 20+ years. I was shocked because my nails looked like crap! There's polish on my fingers?!? Even after she tried to fix it it still looked like my 9 year old painted my nails. I gave this salon a shot from the nail work I saw on some of the clients, which was fairly good. For $12 too? Came in last Saturday around 9:20am and waited with the other clients there closer to the restroom( there are two entrances). From what I read on the other reviews, I asked who was ahead to ensure the line and the lady I sat next to said it was her but they keep track of the patrons coming in. Interesting considering everyone was busy with a clients at thier table plus about 7 people waiting and a few on the other side. I waited 10 mins short of an hour because they skipped my turn. The lady next to the polishes did my nails on Saturday. Some uneven( annoying but no biggie), some missing arylics on the nail and all was lifting from the bottom. If water gets in, it can lead to infection. What I noticed later was that she didn't cut my nails even and did not file my nails before sticking the tips on. She was unpleasant also when I tried to ask get name before we started. I noticed the same day but had pior arrangements and left it alone. The sides started peeling too, from not cleaning the sides when arylic was applied. Came back the next day, Tina fixed my nails. She did a good job taking it off and did a new full set. She was much nicer and friendly after she saw my nails. It was very pretty after she did them the stiletto shape. From the 1st day after, it had been chipping on most of nails. Overall, great for $12 but you have to be careful afterwards. Not sure what happened, I'm assuming it's the quality of the product. I'm still unsure if I would give them another chance. read more

I cannot find ANY other place that will do full set pink and whites for $11.95 ($8 fill) and it has been this price for YEARS! There is almost always a wait but they are quick! From the moment I sat down, my nails were done and I was out the door in 20 minutes! Here are some things you should know and be ok with if you come here: 1. Language/attitude may seem rude or abrupt. As an English speaker, I don't know if its lost in translation or what but the way some of them talk to you may seem rude or have some attitude. Though sometimes, the person I get is very nice. Don't expect nice chitter chatter. 2. How long the acrylics last depends on the person doing them. I came in expecting them to last no longer than a week (from last experience) but was happily surprised it lasted 2+ weeks with minimal lifting. Extremely satisfied with that. Just don't expect more than a week and you'll be fine. It's $12! 3. Expect your nails to come out looking like a porn star. Unless you like the wide squarish shape with sharp corners. In their defense, I don't bother to tell them I like narrow nails with tapered soft corners. I invested in a $1 nail file and do it to my liking the second I step out the door. Again, it's $12! My nails ended up coming out with these white things and bubbles because she didn't clean my nails enough and just rushed it to go to the next steps. Such a disappointment and this is why you get what you pay for. I never had issues when I went to the others, but Tammy has always been rude and she is always rushing!!! I recently went and was told 10 minutes and after 30 I was still waiting. As far as I know they do not take appointments but as I was waiting someone came in and went straight to one of the stations and they started on her nails. Finally got a chance to get my nails done here and I would have to say it's okay. It's $12 for a white tip full set, where other places charge $30 or so. You do get what you pay for. I came in at 1:10pm and it was a bit uncomfortable walking in.. There were like 4 ladies in a room that faces the front door, eating, and they do not greet you, which makes it very uncomfortable to just stand there & wait for someone to acknowledge you.. I think I got a lady named Tam to do my full set, or at least that's what the certification said that was behind her. She worked at the desk that faces the front door but closest to the side door. She was like in a rush or something. Barely said a word. All she asked was if I wanted white tips and how short. That's it. No conversation, nothing. You could definitely tell she was in a rush. I got out in 25 minutes.. It came out okay. I kind of wish she measured to make sure all 10 nails were the same length.. Also, a better job on the cuticle would've been nice. At least it didn't come out all thick and really ugly though. I might have to file some nails down and even them out, but still good for $12. Overall, I might come back if I can't make it to Nail Tips, which is definitely a bit far and out of the way for me. I'm just not sure if I would get a pedicure here though. read more
