I had used Hi-Tech Auto Glass 3 times,2/2015, 1/2017 and 4/2026. All of them were to replace Front Windshield. Every time, they did great job. The prices were reasonable and works were very reliable. Last time, I brought my car there with less gasoline. My car had auto cruise control which adjust the distance from front car during driving. They needed to calibrate the sensor after the replacement. Then, it seems like they tested my car by driving then they added a few gallons of gasoline but they didn't charge it. I really really appreciate it. I don't want to have any trouble for my car's glass but I will go if I need their help. I also sent message through the website. It says " We will reply within minutes of your entry and will respond via email and phone." But I got the response 2 days later. It is better to call them. read more

Unfortunately, my front windshield developed a giant crack about 8-9" after getting hit by a rock on the highway. I came back to Hi-Tech Auto Glass for a quote. I had a small crack in my windshield and they fixed it while I waited and it was like magic - the crack disappeared and everything was GREAT. Then, within the next month, a rock came sailing off a big rig on 880 and smashed into my windshield that I had *just* had repaired - it created a little crater and immediately there were six cracks that emerged from the crater. So I just tried not to think about it for about a month and finally I just swung by so they could take a look at it. I figured they'd tell me one way or another if I needed a new windshield and that I'd just make an appointment and come back for a repair attempt or a new windshield. To my surprise they started to work on it *immediately* and were able to do a repair! You can still see where it happened - but honestly I'm surprised a repair was even possible with how bad it looked before. I'm so grateful to not have to buy a whole new windshield $$$. And they took care of it right away! Oh, and then he closed my door and heard glass rattling - yes, earlier this year I had someone break into my car and there's still lots of glass in the door. He said "we never leave ANY glass in the door!" I so wish I'd gone there for that new side window! read more

Replaced my Kia Telluride windshield which had developed a large crack. New windshield looks and behaves just like the OEM. There is lots of technology that had to be calibrated like heads up display, moisture sensing, etc. and it seems to be working fine. No rain yet for a true moisture test, but they do guarantee their calibration work, so if it seems off, I can bring it back and they'll fix the calibration. Doug and his office staff were great! Doug was super responsive and answered a bunch of my questions and provided an estimate (which was on par with others and is what I was charged) as I was deciding where to take my car. I'd definitely go here again if I get a chip or need a new windshield (but hopefully that doesn't happen). :) read more

I'm giving 5 stars not for what they did, but what they didn't do. I came in with 5 chips on my windshield (thanks 101 construction) hoping to get them fixed. One of the men came out and said he could try and fix them, but recommended a full replacement since a couple of the chips were near the edge and they couldn't guarantee the chip wouldn't crack. HOWEVER, it was not a hard sell, and he was very easy to talk to. The owner then came over and looked at it and said if it were him, he wouldn't bother getting them fixed, they weren't bad chips, and may not get worse. Imagine that, turning down a customer vs. making a sale. All I can say is that if/when I need to replace the windshield, I WILL be using them.
