However, I'm not sure if it was the tint they use or their application process but there were numerous bubbles and what looked like different particles trapped between the glass and the tint. I gave it a week and a half to settle and then I asked to come back and they were more than happy to fix it and they replaced all the tint. But the same thing happened with the fixed tint where it was covered in bubbles and it looks like dust or something is trapped. I just wasn't willing to take my car back for a third time. I also didn't like how messy they left the car after the tint. The outside and inside of my vehicle were covered in the spray solution they used to apply the tint and I had to clean my vehicle up after both visits. I've never experienced these issues with tinting or the spray solution being all over the interior and exterior with any cars I have had tinted before and I get my windows tinted on all of my vehicles. It seems these guys have great reviews and my experience is a stand alone one but I will be finding an alternative shop to remove and replace the tint on my vehicle.

I was happy with it and liked the extra bass, so I returned to have the same setup installed in another vehicle. This time, the exact same subwoofer installation cost me $700. Considering the speaker itself retails for around $350, the labor charge felt pretty steep. After the installation, I had to make a return trip to address an issue. To their credit, they fixed it without any problems. However, I later started noticing random deep bass rumbles even when no music was playing. After doing my own research, I discovered my vehicle has an Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system that was causing the problem. I ended up spending about 30 minutes taking apart my dashboard to access and disable the ANC module myself. The system sounds great now, but I was disappointed that this wasn't identified or addressed during the installation process. These are supposed to be the professionals, and that's why people choose to pay premium prices. In the end, the job got done, but the price was significantly higher than before, and the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. I left feeling like the cost went up while the quality of service went down.

I had bubbles and water stains from it not drying properly. They told me to return it, and they wanted to reinstall the tint and let it dry in the sun for hours. However, when I arrived, the installer tried to do a quick fix and send us on our way without retinting the windows and allowing the sun to dry it properly. When I disagreed, he told me he would take out the tint and give me my money back!! He was aggressive and attempted to overspeak me several times. I remained calm and tried to reason with him, but he continued to talk aggressively, then he hung up the phone in my face. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! He started to remove the tint. As he was ripping off the tint, he later changed the refund to minus the labor cost, which was $80. This information should have been disclosed prior to him taking off the tint. This company is so unprofessional!!!!

I did call before hand to make sure they were able to squeeze me in time wise. I was in and out in about an hour give or take a few minutes. Very professional and the staff were nice. I was missing a cord needed for install and they do carry most anything you need for dash cams or car upgrades. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dash installed. They do offer a warranty on the work itself. The sitting area is pretty small and there isn't like a tv or anything. If you can leave your car and come back for it I would recommend that if you can. Again call in advance just to get an idea of how long it will be but if you can drop off it's probably easier. It's really a walk in basis by the looks of it. The value is there since it's not something I felt I could do on my own unless I wanted exposed wires. They do sell some too as well but I'm not sure the price on them. So you can bring your own dash cams for install and it's just the labor that's being charged of course. The place is conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of parking right in front. Would definitely recommend. Wanting to modernize my car, I purchased a larger aftermarket screen with CarPlay. In an effort to save money, I had the screen installed by a friend. The screen itself looked great, but there was no sound. What we didn't realize at the time was that Mercedes vehicles automatically activate an anti-theft security feature that locks the radio when an aftermarket unit is installed. Over the course of almost two months, I tried to find a solution. I called multiple repair shops and mechanics, explaining the situation, only to be told repeatedly that they would not touch a Mercedes once the anti-theft system had been triggered--especially with an aftermarket screen. I even took my car to the Mercedes dealership, assuming this would be the most straightforward solution. Instead, I was told it could become very expensive and that there were no guarantees the issue could be resolved. By this point, I was incredibly frustrated and close to giving up. As someone who loves music, driving without sound for that long was surprisingly upsetting. That's when I finally called Audio Car LLC and spoke with Paul.
