Great, I like the food. The fish and crab are fresh and the meat is hot and juicy. Highly recommend.

I first went here over 10 years ago and the food was great! I went again last weekend and I was completely disappointed. I did go on a weekday so I'm assuming that's the reason for the very limited choices. Payment is upfront at the entrance, otherwise we would have left as soon as we took a look at the food. We paid like $16 a person for lunch with a drink. The fried shrimp were room temp and had black spots. The sushi selection was all a form of California rolls ( no fish). The egg drop soup had a green tinge to it. And to top it off we found a hair on the spicy chicken. The hibachi food lacked good flavor compared to other buffets. The veggie dishes were pretty good and fresh. The service was umm...different, it's self serve drinks and self seating. Definitely not coming back despite the $20 off next visit for the hair in the food.

You won't regret going to this hibachi. Buffet, they have a good variety . The service has always been great here. Because the waitresses ask you continuously. If there's anything that you need in case you need help. This establishment has also shown me cleaning as which give me trust to continue coming to this location.

The food was really bad. Sad to see the quality of their food has gone down. Why can't they maintain the taste so they get more customers.

My wife and I just had our first Korean BBQ experience, and we loved it. Everything is self-serve, which actually made the experience even better. Cooking the food together at the table made dinner feel more interactive and fun instead of just sitting there waiting for food to arrive. Our favorites were definitely the Spicy Bulgogi, Spicy Chicken, and the kimchi. The meats had amazing flavor and cooked up perfectly on the grill, and the kimchi had that perfect spicy tang that paired really well with everything. What we didn't expect was how intimate the whole experience felt. Since you're cooking and sharing the food together, it naturally made my wife and I talk more and enjoy each other's company instead of just sitting there with our faces buried in our phones waiting for food to come out. It really turned dinner into quality time. Another great surprise was the price -- less than $80 out the door for the two of us, which felt like a great value for such a fun and memorable experience. If you've never tried Korean BBQ before, this is a great place to start. We'll definitely be back.

We had roughly 30 guests, and the restaurant comfortably accommodated our group in one section of the dining room with a combination of long tables and booths, which made it easy for everyone to sit together and enjoy the celebration. Every once in a while they played a birthday tune over the speakers, which was definitely an interesting and fun touch that added to the festive vibe of the evening. The buffet itself has a huge selection, and everyone seemed especially excited about the fresh seafood options. My niece even tried snail for the first time, which impressed me! There's also a large variety of sushi, which many of our guests enjoyed. Some of my personal favorites were the black pepper chicken, green beans, and sautéed mushrooms. Everything else looked delicious too, but I was already full. Next time I'll definitely come prepared with a bigger appetite to really take advantage of the AYCE experience. One thing I wish they offered was more beverage choices. The options were limited to soda fountain drinks, green tea, and unfiltered water, which wasn't the best selection to pair with such a wide variety of foods. There were also plenty of fried comfort foods like pizza and fries, which made it a great place for both adults and kids since there's truly something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive, and overall it was a great place to gather with family and celebrate a special milestone.

Surprisingly, for a Friday night, the place was dead. Back then, I remember waiting 40 minutes to an hour just to get in. This time? We got seated immediately, and honestly... that already lowered my expectations. The selection was still pretty big with a lot of variety, so I started off with the seafood. It was decent. Nothing amazing, but good enough to satisfy the craving without worrying about food poisoning. The crab legs were ridiculously salty though. The biggest disappointment was the hot food section. I honestly don't understand how fried rice and chow mein can taste that bland. Zero flavor. The orange chicken and beef broccoli were okay, but definitely nothing memorable. They also had steak, though I can't remember which cut it was, but it was dry and overcooked. They also had a seafood boil section, but the shrimp were overcooked and the crawfish definitely didn't taste the freshest. It had that slightly off taste where you start questioning if you should keep eating it. Ironically, the best thing I had all night was the Mongolian BBQ. That was actually really good and probably the only thing I genuinely enjoyed. But that's also the disappointing part. If my favorite thing at a buffet is the Mongolian BBQ station, I could've just gone to a regular Mongolian BBQ spot, paid less, and probably enjoyed the meal more. The service also felt pretty off throughout the night. Most of the servers, the workers behind the buffet line, and even the bussers didn't seem friendly at all. Everything just felt slow and low energy, like nobody really wanted to be there. Not the worst buffet experience, but definitely nowhere near as good as I remembered it years ago.

I'm not sure if it's under new ownerships or just went for a remodel but the place was way cleaner and nicer. The tables and booths look brand new and the hall way no longer looks messy and grimey. The food options are primarily the same if not better. They now offer oysters, crawfish, seafood boil, crab legs (even on weekdays) sushi and much more. Overall, the quality of the food was not bad but it was not perfect. The sushi wasn't the best quality and some of the food lacked flavor. But for the price the options are pretty extensive so i think it's fair. My favorites are probably the salt and pepper shrimp/crab as well as their soups. Yes, it is open to the public, and the array of food is mind boggling, and just as good as any other good breakfast spot. It is located in the Commons which is located in the center of campus. It is easily found from the front entrance on Magnolia Street. Huge numbers of parking spaces are nearby. There is a large, lush, grassy, tree-lined area open for school events in the center, spaces for young children to run and play, and bathroom facilities aplenty. It has been a fairly well-kept secret until some TikTok'ers, You Tubers, and Instagrammers recently let the secret out that they are open to the public. Curious, we came around noon a few Sundays ago and the line out the door was overwhelming. Mind you, the line was made up of mostly non-students. For any late-rising students (those that live on campus), they got priority entrance because their meals are pre-paid, and many have nowhere else to eat, unless they have a car. It's only fair. So we left that day without eating and saved it for another Sunday when we could arrive earlier. They open at 9:30 am. Close around 2. Almost classy for a campus cafeteria, it is the main and largest of the several cafes and restaurant locations on campus. It has a sleek, modern look, is well maintained, and offers a broad selection of foods that is appealing and upscale. I had my eye on the carving center (tri tip available on this day) and custom omelet stations (there are two, one at each end), but there are so many more entrees and side dishes to choose from, including beverages and desserts. Grab a tray, take your time, and browse the many stations first before you start loading up. There is plenty for all. But if you walk away hungry, it's no ones fault but yours. This is also a place where students can get a respectable, part-time job on campus while "edjumacating" themselves. Better yet, it must be comforting as a parent knowing there is well prepared, healthy food available for feeding your son with a hollow leg. It is not the despicable, monotonous dorm food I had the misfortune to experience many decades ago (obviously not here). While very popular with students and public alike, there is a tremendous amount of seating for all, indoors and out. There are highchair and booster seats for the little ones. Very family friendly. Our bill for 2 seniors, 3 adults, and 2 children came to around $130, quite affordable when Grandma and Grandpa are treating. And everyone left satisfied.
