Got my drink once I was done eating

As soon as we walked it it was good but once we sat down it smelled like dirty towel cleaning on the table, the customer service is not so good I had to remind the worker about my 2 drinks half way thru my food , they took 20min to bring it, finished my food before I got my drink . Pho is okay but costumer service isn't as good. Workers get really distracted on their phones and chit chat a lot with eachother while still needing to complete costumers orders.

Service needs some help: Went in the day after Christmas so not sure if they were short staffed or something, but we didn't even get our drinks until our food was almost done . We even got skipped for a table that came in after us to get our order in . Food was really good though so we might go back one more time . Hopefully it was just an off day for them cause this place is nearby and would love to continue going

#41 on their menu- Vermicelli with sautéed beef

I'm giving this place 3 solid stars for the food. I tried their combination pho and their vermicelli w/ sautéed beef, lemongrass, onions and bean sprouts so far. They never disappoint! Quality is consistent every time! The reason I knocked down 2 stars is because there are times when I entered the restaurant and no one was there at the front to greet or seat me. Had to wait at the front for a while until someone finally comes out of the kitchen to seat me. There was one time I was waiting so impatiently for a long time at the front I just left and went somewhere else to eat instead. Other than that, food is decent here if you are craving for Vietnamese food in the area!

Sunday lunch date with my friends and one of them recommend this Vietnamese place. The place was spacious and decor was typical Vietnamese. Their menu was has a lot of variety but we opted to their specials. We ordered the seafood fried rice was so yummy. There were lots of seafood in the dish , surprising it was satisfying. Fried veggie egg rolls were crispy. The calamari for appetizer was ok. I wished they didn't breaded too much. The battered was bigger than the calamari The grilled mussels were superb. Loved it Service was ok.

The place was very modern and clean and the staff was attentive, quick and kind. The broth in my "special vegetarian noodle soup" was soo tasty and flavorful and the portion was enough for two servings! I want to come back with my parents because I'm sure they'd love it too. I also got a mango tea with boba and it's delicious!

First time here. Was warmly greeted by the owner, who stated she will love her pho broth, and she was right! My sisters and I each had pho: beef rib for myself, one sis had the vegetarian, and the other sis opted for the rare steak & fatty brisket. We also shared a couple appetizers: fried tofu and grilled mussels. Everything tasted great! The broth was hot & flavorful, rib meat was tender, and the bowl was full of yummy noodles. The mussels were delicious too and I highly recommend! The restaurant is very clean, and the restroom is as well. Pho Anh will definitely be our go to spot from now on!

Fast service, delicious food, affordable prices, convenient location. Family-run Pho place. We were seated immediately on both visits. Highly recommend their egg rolls. I preferred their shredded chicken pho over the seafood pho. Will try their crawfish next visit.

I'm not a big pho person, so I do believe that once I find a place that changes my opinion then I'll know it's a good spot. For this place it wasn't bad the rolls were good & the sauces too. The pho size was good for how much it cost since my boyfriend and I split it , he's 6'4 and I'm half his size (I'm only 130). I did enjoy that aspect of it, but for the service definitely ask for what you need as soon as you order/ they give you ; your food cause the lady was on a phone call (speaker on) while we were eating the whole time until we realized she wasn't going to bring us our check. Definitely a clean restaurant which is nice, but the service must be the same at all pho places this one included.

Second time coming to this location and the first time trying their Vegetarian Vermicelli ( Rice Noodles w/Vegetarian Egg Rolls). OMG the portion was GIGANTIC and could have easily fed a family of four lol The egg rolls were hot and freshly fried, and the vegetables were nice and crisp! To drink, I had the honeydew milk tea. It was a bit too sweet for me yet watery at the same time and the honeydew flavor was very subtle. My sisters and I also shared a plate of fries for an appetizer. I thought they tasted like McDonald's fries, so if you like those...get em! Again...huge portion! Service was wonderful! We were welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in the door and told we could sit anywhere we wanted. (we were the only ones in the restaurant haha!) Our food came out at different times as everything is made to order as well as our milk teas so be prepared to wait. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend...and bring your appetite!

The best pho spot in Riverside! Everything is always flavorful and fresh. They have other locations in Riverside & Corona and they're all good!

For a self service place, everything was very clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. You can tell they keep their ingredients properly maintained and the area tidy. I ordered the bone broth with medium spice, and it definitely had some heat. It was flavorful, rich, and had a nice balance between savory and spicy without being overwhelming. The dining process is super convenient and straightforward: you select your favorite soup base from options like Tonkotsu or Spicy Miso on your order sheet, choose your starting cuts of meat, and then head over to the self-serve area to round out your meal. The quality of the food across the board is top-notch--the meats arrive fresh and finely sliced, and you can reorder as much as you want at no additional charge. What truly sets this place apart, beyond the delicious food and attentive service, is the comfortable dining environment. Unlike many other hot pot restaurants where the heat leaves you sweating through your meal, the AC here is powerful and keeps the room perfectly cool. You can fully enjoy cooking your hot pot with unlimited trips to the self-serve bar for fresh veggies, sauces, seafood, noodles, and dessert without feeling uncomfortably warm. It is an all-around fantastic spot for a relaxed, delicious, and satisfying lunch.

We stuck to the beef and the pork belly which was very good, the beef not so much though. The buffet bar had plenty of options and sauces so that was a plus but unfortunately the lack of service really made this experience a two-start rating. We were greeted (dryly), seated, and left to figure out the confusing ordering sheet. Thankfully we have experience with HotPot and (sort of) figured it out and even after we expressed concern about how we were suppose to order/write down our meat selections per round (which they claim is unlimited but they only have 3 columns on the sheet) our questions remained unanswered. Trying to flag a waiter down to order more meat was a pain as hardly any were available and we were missing appetizers on our "second" but with the way the service was we figured there wasn't any point in bringing it up not to mention the lack of (flat) soda refills. I doubt we will be returning.

I walked in to place a takeout order and the young guy working was sitting down in a chair and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. No "hi," no "how can I help you," nothing. I literally had to walk up to him and tell him I wanted to order. The entire time I was ordering he just stared at me with zero facial expression or basic customer service skills. No thank you, no appreciation, absolutely nothing. He handed me my food the same way ...silent and rude ... and mind you, I still left a tip. To make it worse, they didn't include any condiments. When I asked for a small container for chili oil to take home, he rolled his eyes before going to the back to grab one. Then when I politely asked for a few more containers for the other sauces, he immediately said, "No, we don't have any." At this point it feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. I understand people have bad days, but this level of attitude and lack of basic respect is unacceptable, especially for longtime paying customers. Sadly, after years of supporting this place, I don't think I'll be returning.

First, I arrived shortly after they opened on a Tuesday, which is important to highlight because they're closed on Mondays, and I suspect one dish I tried had the texture of leftovers (from the weekend). Part of me wants to try again later in the week, and day to see if this was a fluke. What I ordered was a rice bowl with braised pork belly and daily vegetables. Everything was good except the pork was dry and tough, clearly not braised that day or heated all the way through. I forget what my first choice was, but it wasn't available that day. My other item was the wonton soup, which also disappointed me for a few reasons. Portion size is good, but the broth tasted really thin, watery, and the wontons were overcooked and falling apart. The cause was they were forgotten about and the pot boiled over. Generally, you cook these below the boil to prevent the cloudy mess from disintegrating skins. The filling tasted fine, but again, overall flavors and balance was marred. I did, however, enjoy the lenon tea that comes with every combination meal. And, the employees are very nice, but the food didn't make the cut. They have a big menu and I've seen the skewers and hot pots in action so I know there's potential.

The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it's hard to complain on cost alone. That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking. Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out. Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush. Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it's a good deal. I'd come back, just with lower expectations on speed and pacing. 4 stars mainly for value.

Lowlights: they don't offer bbq - just hot pot. They only have 2 levels - $20 or $45. The basic meat is self-serve, but the premium meats came out all at once. There's a penalty for food waste. We got the premium option for hot pot dinner, all the meats came out at once already portioned for our group of 4. As nice as it is to not have to wait, it doesnt take into account that we would've wanted to pick and choose what to order and maybe abstained from some options to get refills of the options we did like. When the meats all come out at once, it's hard to know which is which. The only obvious distinguished proteins were the seafood, which is presented really nicely. The veggies/noodles/sauce bar weeds well stocked and had the typical toppings you want for your soup. For dinner, the restaurant seemed lean staffed, which was fine since it wasn't busy and we got seated in an obvious spot.
