This is my first time at a Panda Express. I came in during a Saturday lunch and customers were coming in steadily, along with drive-thru orders. The menu is limited but there is enough for beef and chicken eaters, as well as those who prefer fried rice over Lo Mein noodles. I had a two-entree plate with lo mein: green beans and chicken and Kung Pao chicken, and a small drink. The Lo mein was warm, but the entrees were hot. Service was fast and friendly and the bill came to $12.07. I dined in. There were five employees working and they were hustling. The place was clean, including the restroom. But 30 minutes after leaving, I developed bad stomach cramps and had to stop twice to relieve myself before getting back home. read more

I've been a loyal Panda Express fan for years, so writing this stings a little--but I'm saying it because I care. Lately, the quality just hasn't been there. The flavors that used to pop now feel a little flat, and the portions? Definitely not what they used to be. Biggest issue for me? The veggies. They've gone from that perfect tender-crisp to just... stiff. Like they barely saw the wok. It throws off the whole bowl. And the rice sometimes feels like it's been sitting just a bit too long. I really like going here. The food is good, but sometimes the portions can be small. Their customer service has gotten better over the years. I wish they would have all items in stock even towards the end of the day. I have gone about 30 minutes before closing, and they have still made some of the dishes that are low in stock. There was only one time that they told me that my favorite dish would not be available. Again, for the price it's not too bad, but the portions could be larger. First time to this location. They seemed to have tons of employees but still took a while to help me with the order. I ordered the large ala carte Beijing beef box to go. When I got home I saw the pink lipstick stains over the box. I don't appreciate that at all. The Beijing beef also doesn't seem very fresh. Still delicious this new year. We were those special people that forgot their wallet and had to drive all the way back home and back to Panda Express. We were pleasantly surprised that not only did they save our order but they made a fresh one even though we were fine with the old one. They really went above and beyond today. I ordered through post mates and Panda Express finessed me. The Kung Pao chicken should have been called Kung Pao Nuts because I got three pieces of chicken. The beef broccoli was piss poor. I saw one piece of beef and 30 pieces of broccoli. I was excited when I lifted my box of of the bag and it's weighed 40 pounds but when I opened I laugh in severe anger as this what I received. If I could give the Panda in SV zero stars I would. My family and I rarely go out to eat and the 4 times we have been here we have been utterly disappointed. We loved Panda in NC, our food was always warm and always RIGHT. At this panda not only do they ALWAYS give us the wrong order we have also found hair in our food and when we call to complain or to let them know no one ever answers the phone. We have remained optimistic and given them multiple chances but either their employees need to be retrained or management needs to be changed out. My family kept refusing when I wanted to go here. Now I know why they continued to refuse. I admit I got there 30 mins prior to closing. I requested to have vegetables as my side item. They stated they didn't have any and offered their usual rice or noodles. I stated no and said I needed vegetables. This man named kody said "there's lots of vegetables in this rice" and if you've ever been you know there's only frozen carrots and peas in their rice. I stated no I need steamed veggies as my family has special dietary needs. Your average Panda Express. It's pretty tasty and the foood is always warm. I've heard of quite a few people getting sick from eating at this location, but I've been lucky - so far. Though i went to this location months ago; i ended up going several times during my stay in AZ. It's your typical Panda Express, nothing fancy, nothing great. The last few times i went, i felt awkward with the customer service given. Felt like the employees had some inside joke and would interact more amongst themselves over the customers. This is the worst Panda I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional and rude . On 7/25 @ 5:33 I order two teriyaki bowls for my children. When I got home the teriyaki was missing. Earlier in the month I ordered a Beijing beef only to have hair in it. This place is a real disappointment and does not deserve business. As we all know many restaurants are using COVID-19 as a cop out to reduce hours. They are also using it as an excuse to provide poor customer service apparently. Limiting hours, they set to close at 6 PM. They don't even honor their own hours. Today, when I went in they had the lobby closed at 5:45 PM, and even their sign said they're supposed to be open till 6 PM. Why even have ours if you're not going to stick with them?
