The flavors that used to pop now feel a little flat, and the portions? Definitely not what they used to be. Biggest issue for me? The veggies. This is my first time at a Panda Express. I came in during a Saturday lunch and customers were coming in steadily, along with drive-thru orders. The menu is limited but there is enough for beef and chicken eaters, as well as those who prefer fried rice over Lo Mein noodles. I had a two-entree plate with lo mein: green beans and chicken and Kung Pao chicken, and a small drink. The Lo mein was warm, but the entrees were hot. Service was fast and friendly and the bill came to $12.07. I dined in. There were five employees working and they were hustling. The place was clean, including the restroom. I really like going here. The food is good, but sometimes the portions can be small. Their customer service has gotten better over the years. I wish they would have all items in stock even towards the end of the day. I have gone about 30 minutes before closing, and they have still made some of the dishes that are low in stock. There was only one time that they told me that my favorite dish would not be available. Again, for the price it's not too bad, but the portions could be larger. First time to this location. They seemed to have tons of employees but still took a while to help me with the order. I ordered the large ala carte Beijing beef box to go. When I got home I saw the pink lipstick stains over the box. I don't appreciate that at all. The Beijing beef also doesn't seem very fresh. We were pleasantly surprised that not only did they save our order but they made a fresh one even though we were fine with the old one. They really went above and beyond today. If I could give the Panda in SV zero stars I would. My family and I rarely go out to eat and the 4 times we have been here we have been utterly disappointed. We loved Panda in NC, our food was always warm and always RIGHT. At this panda not only do they ALWAYS give us the wrong order we have also found hair in our food and when we call to complain or to let them know no one ever answers the phone. We have remained optimistic and given them multiple chances but either their employees need to be retrained or management needs to be changed out. My family kept refusing when I wanted to go here. Now I know why they continued to refuse. I admit I got there 30 mins prior to closing. I requested to have vegetables as my side item. They stated they didn't have any and offered their usual rice or noodles. I stated no and said I needed vegetables. This man named kody said "there's lots of vegetables in this rice" and if you've ever been you know there's only frozen carrots and peas in their rice. This is the worst Panda I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional and rude . On 7/25 @ 5:33 I order two teriyaki bowls for my children. When I got home the teriyaki was missing. Earlier in the month I ordered a Beijing beef only to have hair in it. I called the store and spoke with a manager that was a male who had advised me I would receive a free meal and tried to argue and say it was just burnt. The store needs major coaching and training. Though i went to this location months ago; i ended up going several times during my stay in AZ. It's your typical Panda Express, nothing fancy, nothing great. This place is a real disappointment and does not deserve business. As we all know many restaurants are using COVID-19 as a cop out to reduce hours. They are also using it as an excuse to provide poor customer service apparently. Limiting hours, they set to close at 6 PM. They don't even honor their own hours. Today, when I went in they had the lobby closed at 5:45 PM, and even their sign said they're supposed to be open till 6 PM. Why even have ours if you're not going to stick with them?
