Despite a manager being behind the counter, he provided the guests in line with no service - instead he sat on his cell phone while everyone's food became cold (or colder than the food there normally is) staff behind the counter just sat there and blankly looked at the 8 or so people waiting to pay and take their food. It was a completely disorganized and disappointing experience that is completely management's problem. I eventually got out of line, told the manager that he can cancel my order. There is a great Japanese restaurant across the street - go there instead. This place is a disaster.
