Hibachi Queens was amazing! Loved everything about it! The people were awesome and so was the food and decor. I didn't have to do a thing except enjoy the surprise party for my husband. The guests have also not stopped complimenting and thanking us for a wonderful and unique evening.

5 stars all around! Chef Derek cooked the delicious food and had fun conversation and entertainment the whole time (booked the Queens package and still had lots of leftovers). We also had Gabe who was our awesome server. Communication with the owner, Dominika, was great and was able to accommodate some last minute decor changes. Such great customer service from everyone! The catering is AMAZING! We had them cater a birthday party and it was so fun! They bring everything needed including tables, chairs, grill, decorations for the tables and all the plates and silverware and clean everything up at the end. It was so easy for us we didnt have to set up anything! The chef and server were so fun they included all the guests the whole time and made the experience so fun! Highly recommend booking them for a party! read more

Hibachi Queens were AMAZING!!! They accommodated us last minute and took care of EVERYTHING! They set up in under an hour, they were very professional and courteous too. Do not hesitate to book them! The food was AMAZING, very entertaining, and the decor is top notch too! It's not cheap, but worth EVERY PENNY if you want to treat yourself and your loved ones to a delicious meal and entertainment. We have been to Hibachi restaurants, and it never gets old! The food is great, and they even provide a server which will help you serve your own drinks and they clean up after themselves. Our event went off great. The setup was beautiful. It was just a backyard birthday party, but it looked like it should have been an elegant wedding. Rachel, our server, was very attentive, no detail was overlooked. She also was our photographer at times. Our chef, Chef Derek, was very funny and entertaining, not to mention the food was delicious and there was PLENTY of it. Lots of To Go containers at the end of the night. Everyone had a great time and we had a group from age 2 to age 80!!!! My hands off to the gentleman who set up and broke down the tables -- I didn't catch his name, but he was quick and efficient. We hired Hibachi Queens for a surprise retirement party for my mom. It was such a great decision! Our family tradition since I was a child has been to celebrate each milestone at Benihana. Our family wanted to recreate that at home. Let me tell you, it was FAR BETTER than Benihana. Our chef, Roy, was so personable, warm, and happy to be a part of our celebration. Hibachi Queens catered my Father's Day Dinner and I couldn't be more pleased. Peter arrived first to set up and completely transformed my backyard into a beautiful restaurant like setting. Once he was finished, our chef Derrick arrived and then the show started. Peter and Derrick were fabulous! Peter took care of all our needs and requests while Derrick put on a fiery fun filled show. They were friendly, polite engaging and most of all the food was great! If you've ever thought of doing something that your friends and family will remember and cherish forever, hire Hibachi Queens! She made the booking process seamless. Jay (server) and Derek (chef) arrived 2 hours in advance to setup and prep. They provided top notch service and entertainment. We had such an incredible time tonight with Gabe and Chef Derek aka El Chappo aka EdiPappi. Edipappi made us laugh the entire night, between his witty jokes, slapstick humor for the kids, awesome dance moves and great jokes for the adults including Karate Kid's Mr. Miyagi references! And the kids were went crazy over his props! Gabe was very attentive and professional throughout the night, asking us politely if he could take our empty salad bowls out of the way and if we wanted some veggies, etc. He went above and beyond with tending to our needs, more than we would've experienced at any restaurant. They were an awesome team. And finally, the food was really good quality & DELICIOUS (esp. their House-made sauces and dressing) and the portions generous (more than we get at Benihana's)...& EdiPappi gave us some great cooking tips (I hope to make my best chicken as tender as he made it). We were all so happy and I hope to use them for our own party soon! read more

Dominika was quick to respond throughout the entire planning process and made sure everything was extra special and a beautiful customized set up for my daughters birthday! Chef Cruz kept us entertained with his fun cooking and fire show. THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE!! By far the best teppanyaki food we have ever had!! Jonathan and Paul were amazing! They did an impeccable job setting up and executing our party of 12. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Service was above and beyond. Thank you! My only suggestion would be to have a more organized booking system. I wasn't sure what I signed up for, times, etc so had to wait for email/Instagram communication, but I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. Thank you hibachi queens! read more

We had chef Sergio and Server Paul. Paul was fantastic!! He took care of all of our needs cleaned up after every meal, all while telling jokes. These dudes are hands down the BEST teppanyaki cooks I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and enjoying food from. I literally live near So-Fi stadium and I drive to Long Beach at least once a week to enjoy their food.
