Maximum unhealthiness meets maximum fun at Fizzlestix. Candy in your cocktail, sure. Flamin' Hot…read moreCheetos on your fried chicken sandwich, why not. A flight of fries, but of course. And those were just the things that we ordered. The menu was full of other imaginative ways to infuse sugar, fat and cholesterol into your body, and I mean that very complimentary. Everything there is a notch better than you would give Fizzlestix credit for - the interior space, the patio, the service and the quality of the food. Dare I say that it is a must-try destination if you are near Massillon.

I met a friend here for an early dinner and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and helpful when we asked her what her favorite burger was. I ended up getting the Southern Fizzle Burger and then upgraded the fries to the Mexican Street Fries. The burger was huge and I tried to eat like I normally would, but after about 3 bites, I realized that it was going to be a knife and fork situation. The egg on the burger caused the bottom bun to get a little soggy and made it too difficult to hold, but I'm not complaining about that. The burger was delicious and there were a lot of flavors going on there. The Mexican street fries were also fantastic and once again, after a few fries, I had to turn to using the fork instead of my fingers. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. The place has the feel of a mom and pop diner. It was too cold to sit on the patio, but that looked like it would be a nice option in the summer. I would gladly come back here and try some of the other burgers and I definitely want to try the flight of fries sometime.

We didn't want those but they brought them anyway. Those who tried the sides said they were ok but no one ordered more. Crab was good but they only bring 1 big bowl which was only about 2 clusters per person for the table and we had to keep asking for more. The bar was slow too. The waitress only brought us one drink at a time instead of bringing us all drinks at the same time. The restaurant was not full. Decor was very nice and plenty of parking and seating. They need to work on the service though.

Great steak - perfectly cooked. Blackened added a zing. Some great butter and other topping choices. Our table got four filets and not one complaint!! Another home-run was the candied bacon - 4 strips of super thick bacon, candied with brown sugar and a little bit of heat. I wanted more. The free bread service - yum! they even brought out extras Sides- baked potato was underwhelming, the creamy Parmesan risotto was a sticky/ gummy mess. Fire roasted corn had a good flavor. The crème brûlée and the peanut butter pie rounded out the meal nicely. Service and atmosphere were spot on! I would recommend any thing "meat -centric" here.
