We had dinner here recently and it was good. Our server Caroline was wonderful and took good care of us. I ordered the crab stuffed cod which came with a good sauce and was served hot. There was a good amount of cod and a fair amount of crab. The baked potato was large and warm, not hot. The bread and salad were good. The ambiance was perfect. read more

If you like steak salads this is the place to go! Their grilled romaine Grecian salad ( I had it with chicken) is also very good!! Add an order of the garlic bread and it's a perfect meal. We have been here many times. I suppose you can't hit a home run every time at bat. This is one time Luccia struck out. The good- our server was friendly, available and helpful. The room is warmly lighted and clean. The desserts were nicely done and tasty. The house salad, which is included, was chilled and crisp and nicely dressed in a white Italian dressing. Now the bad-our entrees were not up to their usual standards. I had steak Diane to my regret. It tasted like the liquor that was an ingredient had not been burned or cooked off. The meat was not steak, but some kind of grainy meat that reminded me of the Swiss steak in the college cafeteria. My wife had chicken masala that had three pieces of mushroom with a weird sauce over pasta. It wasn't the thick brown mushroom laden sauce we've had there before. I asked if there was a new chef or no chef. We were very disappointed with our meals. I'm not in a hurry to go back. I think we'll give it a rest for a while. read more

First of all, let me say this was a phenomenal find. Great steak, seafood, and Italian restaurant, kind of tucked away behind and hidden in Belden Village. My server was excellent and the fact he was from my home state made it even better as we had a common thread to talk about. A meal of veal piccata with a shrimp cocktail and a small wedge salad, all done perfectly. Seasoning, preparation, and texture. The food was done properly. To chase it all down, I was offered a glass of Jacob's Pardon 18 year bourbon. This is a 142 proof hazmat bourbon. Yes it was delicious and smooth and being from Kentucky it paired well with my meal. And with the bourbon, I was introduced to the manager, Josh who was a bourbon enthusiast. We had a great chat about bourbon and I now have another friend in bourbon. Overall, I can highly recommend this place. Ambience, service, food, drink, and the friendliness of the staff. Don't hesitate to go there. And be sure to ask for a good bourbon or wine. read more

Was the first time back here since Covid, in town for the hall of fame game. Ordered and enjoyed the Shrimp Diablo. Asked our very attentive waitress if I could substitute angel hair instead of linguine, and she was pleased to oblige. Visited Lucia's to celebrate a Family Birthday Dinner. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and accommodates plenty of parking. The inside has a good amount of seating (spaced out so conversations feel more private) and an elegant feel to it. We had no issues making a reservation for 8 and loved that their large group tables were round. We started with some house pinot noir and cab wine as well as the French-tini. Both wines came as a healthy pours and the french martini was perfectly balanced. As an appetizer, we got two orders of the meatballs that come with garlic crostinis. There were plenty of bread slices to pair with the four meatballs in each order. For entrees, our group got a variety of steaks, homemade cavatelli pasta, chicken marsala, and children's chicken tender meals. All steaks came out cooked perfectly based on the temperature requested. The sides are a la carte for the grill items. I loved that the pasta entrees were offered in full or half sizes. Each entree came with a starter choice of a house salad or their italian wedding soup. To top it off, our server brought out a celebratory cheesecake slice with a candle for our celebration. She did the best job checking in on our group, giving us time to review the menu, refilling waters; all with a large smile on her face. I originally wanted to order the Thai Chili Salmon, but the waiter talked me into trying the special Mediterranean salmon over a bed of pasta. The salmon was fine, but I didn't like the pasta. I think it was the wine in the sauce. I told the waiter I didn't like it and he mumbled something about getting it taken off our bill. No refund or another meal was offered. Instead they gave us a free dessert ( cheaper for them). I think if a customer doesn't like their meal, they shouldn't pay for it or get something else. I wasn't there to get a free meal. I hardly ever say anything about my food even if I don't like it. That just didn't sit with me well. Should have gotten the steak. read more

A VERY nice little restaurant with the feel of a bigger more expensive establishment(the posted pics don't do it justice). Everything from the drinks to the dessert was fantastic! The best part however, was the service... there was a mixup with our reservation essentially leaving us without one; on Valentine's Day, no less! The lack of a reservation wasn't the best part; no, the best part was how they handled it - they immediately found us a table and, against our wishes, comp'ed our first drink! We have been here several times and have never had such a bad experience. The bartender Aaron was quick to criticize my wife. Never return to fill up her wine glass from the bottle we ordered the food was bland without flavor and as we ate. The manager/owner came out and announced a special on lobster as my wife was eating it, but that special didn't apply to us because we had already ordered. We were told that verbatim. Nice and professional staff. Challenges centered around the size of steaks for the money compared to Bakers in Canton or Ken Stewart's in Akron. Lucia's $58 bone in rib eye and filet mignon were both very small for the price; the garlic butter topping way too garlicky; and for not being busy (a lot of empty tables) it took so very long to be served our food. I ate at the bar and had the 16oz prime rub. The flavor was great and the doneness was close to the medium rate that I ordered (a bit too medium). The brussels that came with the prime rib were also very good. I had the Ceasar salad which was interesting. Definitely a Caesar dressing, but I think it was mixed chopped-up greens vs whole romaine leaves which is closer to what I would have expected. Was in Canton for a work function and Lucias constantly came up as the best steakhouse in town. I came in on a Thursday night and was seated at the bar. Jenna was my bartender/server and she was great. She mixed a perfectly balanced Old Fashioned and walked me through several menu options. I went with the wedding soup, bone-in ribeye and spinach. The soup was tasty, steak was a spot-on medium rare and the spinach was solid. For dessert I had the chocolate cake and it was a delicious way to cap the meal. The prices were very fair and as steakhouses go, an excellent value. If youre in Canton, you should definitely check it out. read more

I've been here a few times, and it's been good. This was my second time getting this dish and I loved it the first time. Tonight, it was horrible it was so salty I could hardly eat it. 3 hours later, my mouth is still burning, and I have a blister on my lip. The server said she and the cook tried, and there was nothing wrong. She was very nice about the whole thing and I got a Filet instead. It came out in about 3 min. She said she took it from another order to get it to me quickly. I asked for it medium rare. She had me cut into it, and it looked rare, but I didn't even bother to say anything. It was ice cold in the middle. They also used to do a roqfurt dressing that was blue cheese and French mixed. She said they don't do that anymore, so they brought me out the French and rouqfurt and French to mix myself. I won't be going back. 120.00 with tip for two people and no alcohol (ice tea was 4.00 each!) Super expensive for destroying my mouth and giving me a blister. read more

First visit with my parents to celebrate Mother's Day. I came with my partner (we're both from CA but parents live in the area and my partner is Filipino and brown) and the service the waiter (Gary M.) was not at all what we expected. He barely greeted us upon sitting and seemed a bit irritated for some reason. I'm speculating, but assuming it's because there was a brown gay person at the table (mind you I'm a white gay man). He mixed up the type of wine I requested and got very confused, but finally figured it out. He didn't ask us about the menu, nor even offer any add-ons or give any recommendations. He did however provide all the recommendations to the table behind us (a party of 3 white folks, 1 of whom was a young woman). I even learned that the steaks are 28 day aged (this is what he educated the table on behind us). Water refill came once, right after we paid the bill. He provided the wrong bill (included a glass of wine from the table behind us). Food was great. Amazing steaks and flavor. Service however was nothing like their website states. Even the person who brought our food said nothing until I said thank you. Poor service for an "upscale" establishment. Won't likely return but fortunately I have better steakhouse options in Los Angeles :-) read more
