Visited this location earlier this month for an alignment after having repair work done on the front end of my vehicle. They checked it, told me I needed a tie rod on the driver's side, and estimated a cost of just under $400.00. I then took it to another auto repair shop, where they initially estimated closer to $100 less to replace the tie rod, then subsequently found that there was a bolt loose on the rack and pinion on that side, tightened it, and charged me $60.00. read more

I called and made an appointment to have an alignment done at this location and when I showed up 15 min before my appointment I was turned away and told they didn't have enough time for me. Amazing staff came in to have tire pressure checked, Seth was quick to check my pressure with a smile. I know the holidays are here and it can get busy but he seemed to have no issue helping me out. These helpful folks always take such good care of me. I'm always so thankful this Hibdon is so close to my house. If my tire light comes on, I just run it up to them and they check the pressure and air up my tires if that is needed. They have repaired numerous flats for me over the years and I so appreciate it. When they can repair the tire, they do it quickly and for free! When they cannot repair the tire, they always work with me to find a tire I can afford, and they never try to upsell me when I'm having to make an unexpected expense on an emergency tire. read more

Hibdon Tires was good many years ago, but they are absolutely terrible now!!! I took my Toyota Tacoma in for new struts on the front of the truck and paid them $1300. First they installed the wrong struts, truck needed struts for a 3" lifted truck, Skylar's excuse was, well you didn't tell us it was lifted. I would expect an experienced mechanic to take a look at see if the truck is lifted. Skylar then promised to get the correct struts at no charge with no labor charge. I went to pick the truck up was told I owed another $320 because they got better struts this time. The truck still rides absolutely terrible and it is in the shop at Four Wheel Parts in Moore Oklahoma being fixed properly. Four Wheel Parts advised me that they could have obtained much higher quality shocks and changed the struts and the shocks on the rear of the truck for less than $1,000. I got scammed by Hibdon and it cost me over $1600. Do not go there and I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this place. This experience was at the Midwest City location. read more

Was so sick of wam-alart and all the other places that try to rip you off and sell you other stuff that you don't need. I made an appt online, ended up buying two tires, that come with road hazard and warranties when you purchase them, not separately sold, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. So dissatisfied with them today after taking my cars there for years. They did my back brakes last week amongst other things. I've heard a rattling all week and finally took it in today. They claimed it was stuff in my car! BS that same stuff has been in my car for awhile. Never had I heard a peep. Not too mention my car didn't feel stable. After an hour of "testing" amazing not a sound and my car drives different. I would have been okay with you admitting it was something that just didn't get tightened or whatever but lying? I had a appointment scheduled at 2:00pm for a flat tire. I was 10 min early. I sat there until 3:00 before they finally got the car into the shop. Tech finally came out and said they couldn't fix the tire and that they had to find a replacement since it was under warranty. He says it will take them another hour to get a tire here to this location. They bend over backwards to get you to purchase tires from them but treat you like CRAP if they are fixing flats and not making tons of money off of you. This will be the last set of tires I purchase from them for my personal vehicles as well as the 12 vehicles that I own for my business. read more

Had a horrible experience at the Hibdons on NW expressway and Rockwell. We were on our way back in town and realized we had a leak in our tire.. we made it to that hibdons with 15 minutes to spare... car full of kids, still 45 mins from home.. just to be told sorry we were SOL because they closed in 15 minutes. Didn't offer to even look at it, or air it up or anything! Very rude about it too.. so we sat in the parking lot of hibdons with a dang near flat tire while they watched my husband in an upset trying to figure out how to get us home and still offered 0 help! Completely disgusted. Will be cancling our credit card with you guys and taking all our business, Including fleet else where! Thank god the wonderful guys at Firestone across the street offered to stay a whole 5 minutes late to insure us and our children got home safely! read more

my visit on 10-24-15: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the 4800 nw expy location. I was told that I needed an air filter so I agreed to have them replace it. after 20+ minutes I inquired as to the wait and was told that the filter would be here in a few minutes. I was never told that the air filter would need to be delivered and would require additional wait time. At that time I said don't replace the filter. I requested that I could speak with the Manager(Kayla Woodin)and she complied. Kayla was argumentative and just made excuses. I was not looking for anything but just wanted the person in charge to understand the poor guest service I received. She explained that mistakes happen and she puts in 70+ hours a week and that these things just happen. I then told her that 70 hours a week was a tough way to make a living. She then got extremely angry and request that I leave the show room. I was then told by another employee(Sean Neely)that I should just leave. Very rude and very poor guest service. read more

If you need a flat repaired and they tell you that you have a nail in a spot where the tire can't be fixed and only replaced, GET A SECOND OPINION! It has been my experience that most tire repair companies will lie to you about the ability to repair the tire because they want to make a sale. I went here to get a tire fixed. They looked at it and of course said there was a nail in an area that made the tire unable to be fixed and said I need a new tire. I declined and took my car elsewhere who determined the nail was NOT in a spot to where the tire couldn't be fixed. My tire is now fixed and I saved money from not replacing it just because someone at a tire shop told me to. I'm not an idiot and am tired of being taken advantage of. Stay away from this place! This isn't the first time they have done this. I will never go back. read more

These guys are LEGIT. The staff is very well trained even on how to answer phone calls. I dont usually trust mechanic shops but I trust these guys 100%. 2/3 times i have been here to fix my tires (which i did not even buy from them) they have done it for FREE. I went in without calling yesterday at 4pm. They were obviously very busy and people were walking in left and right. I was acknowledged and greeted promptly by a polite gentleman. He asked what was going on and listened as I probably gave him entirely too much information about my flat tires. I had a long day and was frustrated that my tires were flat after clinical. It could have gotten a lot worse if I wasn't treated with kindness and respect, but thankfully I drove to this Hibdon's location and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I have delt with this location for 20+ years. I have never been disappointed with their service or products. I have had everything done from fixing a flat (no charge) to replacing bearings on my back axle. If I have ever had anything that they could not do they have always given me information on how or where to go to get it done right. Many places close up when the posted closing time arrives, they have never done that to me they have stayed open taking care of people that came in before closing even if they stayed 1.5 hours after posted time. The courtesy of the desk people is outstanding even when I have seen very rude and obnoxious people come in and just give them a very bad time. The reacted professional and took care of the problem / situation in a proper manner. I recommend them every chance I get. read more

After nearly a dozen trips and roughly fifteen hours in the waiting room, I was told by the manager that they were not going to resolve the issue that I paid to have fixed (twice) and that I needed to visit the dealership. She was rude, dismissive, and did not offer to refund the money spent despite not fixing the problem. Though the rest of the staff was polite, professional, and tried everything that they could to be helpful, I will not return to any Hibdon's location and would strongly discourage anyone else as well. read more
