Sea salt cream!!! Be sure to scoop and lick every bit- delicious. I had the sea salt green tea , which was very flavorful and authentic in terms of the tea. Not being a fan of cream, I was happily surprised by the sea salt cream- perfectly salty but wonderfully light in texture. Very clean interior with plenty of seating and parking. Quick and nice staff.

I have frequented this hiccups for years now and definitely enjoy the food and drinks here. Depending on the time of day you come in this location can be busy. I usually like ordering ahead and picking up my food. This hiccups is nice and clean and has plenty of tables and chairs to eat inside. Service is always great and each server will always greet you.

Too hot today without a cool cold slush and I chose Fruity Booty :) This drink is, as the name goes, vey fruity and you can enjoy strawberry and mango as you use the straw and fill your mouth of this scrumptious drink. I am enjoying this very much. Must come back and try their meals soon!

Ordered on uber eats because it was actually cheaper than ordering straight off the site. Picked up quickly with no issues. -Ube coffee. Bitter. Not sure would get again -Jasmine tea. Bitter and definitely had a lot of ice for "easy ice" -Cookies and cream. Looked nothing like the picture, but it was ok -Shrimp garlic noodles. Good flavor, but it definitely looked like the container was a bit over half full Overall, it was decent. I really wouldn't go back for lunch.

Awesome family friendly spot that my brother recommended. First time here and will definitely be back. Tasty Vietnamese inspired dishes, excellent spot for quick bites and drinks. Service was good. I loved the boba so much I forgot to take a pic. Great family dinner for sure!

This pho place is sooo goooddd, the meat quality was great and it was so tender, they have cute drinks, etc. only thing was it's very expensive. I go to better pho spots that are cheaper, for one combination pho is was 20+ dollars... but it's really good.

If you didn't know they serve food you could walk right by and think this was simply another coffee shop. The reality is they have really great food as well! I got the Shrimp Pad Thai today and it was good. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the veggies are really fresh and the tail off shrimp... THANK YOU! The only complaint I have is that tofu. To big, oddly shaped, zero flavor. Honestly, take it out. It just gets in the way of the goodness. It's like getting the zonk in Let's Make a Deal! Aside from that, the atmosphere is really nice. Open, well lit, not too noisy, great music, clean and inviting. There was some trash in front of true store walking in. Train your staff to look beyond the doors to make certain the outside reflects your attention to detail that you have inside. First impressions last forever. Be a better trainer for your staff. The Macadamia Latte is absolute fire! So tasty!

Been here a second time and I am happy it's flavor is giving me goodness and energy. I got my serving fast and the place is clean as always good for late night brunch. I will have to tip the server next time I come around.

The best Thai tea I have ever had and I tried so many places in Long Beach. Truly if your Thai tea fan you have not loved until trying their tea. I recommend no boba. I also had the pad se ew and it was so good but tasted way too savory. Next time I'll def remember to add sriracha. This location is very clean and the service was quick. Honestly I'll keep coming back to try all the other drinks

Came back for some late night boba craving, and I met Andrew again! He is such a hard worker, handling my order as well during a rush! Super helpful, kinda, and amazing! Coming back forsure!

I drive by Hiccups and went in to see what they offered. I ordered the Chicken and shrimp pad see ew and a taro smoothie. The smoothie was so delicious and refreshing! Total winner and I'd order it again in a heartbeat! The pad see ew was served piping hot and absolutely delicious! Good portion size so I had enough for leftovers to eat for lunch the next day! The inside was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of seating available.

Are any of the drinks unsweetened or sweetened with a natural sweetener?

Most are pre-sweetened, but you can ask for 1/2 sweet or no sweetener. I would not get the sea salt coffee without sweetener though. 1/2 sweet or 1/4 is best.

Nowhere did it indicate that on the menu either, I guess he thought about it and came back with a salad for me and my husband to share and apologized. So into the meal the beef was tasty however the noodles were soaked in grease I didn't know how bad it was till I looked down at my shirt and my husband's shirt and saw all kinds of grease on our clothes that dripped off the noodles. The noodles were good but I don't believe all that grease was necessary as you can see in the photos it comes with green onions the sauce on it was tasty just not good or healthy with all that oil on it.

My friend and I shared a variety of dishes: -Student Noodle: If chow mein and pad thai had a baby, this would be that dish. Without the fish sauce, the noodles tasted like chow mein. This dish overall was good! While I would still opt for pad thai, the noodle texture was good and I enjoyed the flavors. We got this with crispy pork and it was tasty, but I wish it was crispier. I liked how it wasn't too fatty. -Fish Amok: It did not look like the picture, but the dish was still good. It was a sweet fish curry which was sweet from the coconut milk. This was tasty and the fish was soft. It wasn't fishy at all. This paired well with the rice. I would still opt for a savory curry though. -Beef Skewers: These were yummy and I enjoyed the charred flavor of these! The flavor was very similar to Filipino skewers. I liked how even the fatty parts were enjoyable. Steamed Rice: Fluffy and not mushy which I liked. It came served in this cute rice bucket which preserved the heat of it. The restaurant was decorated nicely and was pretty clean. Bathrooms available which were also clean. The service was good and attentive. There's lots of free parking in the lot in front. The beef itself was a little chewy and in large pieces. I prefer the meat to be cut a little smaller and would like more lettuce and cucumber. I got a little taste of the spicy fried rice, which was really good. Some of us ordered Thai tea and didn't expect what we received, which was the tea with a Thai tea popsicle. What a treat! Walk inside and--on this Saturday, January 3rd--it's still decorated for Christmas, which somehow adds to the cozy, unpretentious vibe. It's around 2:30 p.m. and the place is packed, which is always a great sign. We ordered the chicken pho with ginger sauce and the brisket & rare steak pho. You get the classic sides--lime, bean sprouts, basil--and we also added the crispy egg rolls, which came out hot and crunchy with a satisfying bite. The pho arrived piping hot, deeply aromatic, and comforting in that way only a well-made broth can be. They give you chopsticks for the noodles and a large spoon for the soup--exactly how it should be. The portions are generous, especially for the price. Around $12 gets you a big, steaming bowl that feels like a full meal, not a tease. The broth is clean, rich, and balanced--not greasy, not salty--perfect for a cold, rainy Long Beach day on the Cambodia side of town. I took my time with it, savoring all the layers of flavor, especially after adding sriracha and hoisin (which is absolutely the move here). The beef was tender, the rare steak cooked perfectly in the hot broth, and the noodles held up all the way through. What really stood out was the atmosphere. There's mellow, calming music playing in the background that makes the whole lunch experience feel peaceful and grounding--no rush, no noise chaos, just people enjoying good food. Come hungry. They give you a lot of food, and it's the kind of meal that's hard to stop eating even when you're full. Turns out, the owner was sitting there the whole time looking at his phone and didn't even hear me come in. Got the combo. Another guy came out to serve it with no gloves on and half a finger in my soup bowl. Not to mention, the soup bowl was quite dirty on the outside.
