It's god- but over-priced. It's pizza not Michelin rated cuisine! Service is okay- a bit slow but they had been busy.

I've only done carry out. The pizzas and the garlic knots, however, are absolutely heavenly!

Hands down this is a great pizza location! I'm a huge fan of the Hideaway Pizza Chain and this one imparticular is just super cool. They have built a two story dining establishment that's designed around the customer. It has a great open bar area with two layers of big screen TVs. The screens can be seen from the dining room floor downstairs and also from up above on the second floor dining floor. What a great idea! The pies here are always spot on. But before we go there, we gotta talk about starters! The friend mushrooms are just out of this world! Best I've had anywhere! I also enjoy the moz sticks and garlic knots! On to the pizza.............. all of the pie options are named after something Oklahoma inspired which is really cool. To beat that they all have amazing flavors! You can tell the ingredients are made fresh as well as the crust! When you have thoughtfully sourced and prepared ingredients it really comes out in the final product! It's easy for me to recommend this location to anyone. I've even brought out of state friends to this location and I live in Tulsa! read more

Reviews are one of very few ways to get management attention so here it goes. The parking lot is difficult to enter and navigate due to a business intersection/exchange and one way entrance. This wouldn't be as big of an issue but this location still has 15+ curbside pickup parking spots like it is July 2020 instead of 2023. Only 2 of these spots were taken when we arrived and the rest of the parking lot was crazy with people walking and cars entering/exiting. It is time to start valuing the customers who come to eat your restaurant in person again. There is zero chance they are going to have 15+ people come for curbside pickup at the same time. This was 6:30pm on a Saturday night so peak busy time. The ability to use only half the parking lot actually created increased chaos and potential safety issues for people who are willingly coming to spend 1 hour or more in your establishment. Awesome pizza! Awesome appetizers & iced cold beer, need I say more? They've got an awesome pizza with a mix of different types of pizza toppings which is great for a family who needs a mix to satisfy everyone at the table. Great crusts (thick & thin) even with gluten free options if you're looking for that. Awesome garlic knots, stuffed mushrooms & fried ravioli too! Service is always on point and it's a great lively family friendly restaurant. They usually have a sports game of some sort on and a nice big bar to sit at too if you have no kiddos with you. Okay if you do t know Hideaway you haven't been to Oklahoma or Arkansas! We love this place their fried mushrooms are the BEST! I love to create my own thin crust with garlic oil glaze and the cured ham it comes out perfect every time and it's perfect for one. This was the new location in Owasso, which looks 39x better than the one in Downtown Tulsa. A friend of mine & I ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer, I recommended it & they were good! A nice amount of cheese inside & the marinara sauce was good as well. The pizza, we got The Mob Boss, which basically has every topping that's on the menu. Italian Sausage, pepperoni, minced garlic, black olives, diced red onions, Genoa salami, smoked bacon & their special Parmesan herb blend. My friend added a balsamic glaze to it & it was pretty good. I like to dip my pizza in Caesar salad dressing, which added even more punch to everything that was already on the pizza. The pizza itself was incredible. I've been to several Hideaway Pizza in the OKC metro area. I was staying with a friend in this area, so we decided to try this location. The place was completely packed, but we were seated within a couple of minutes. Our waitress immediately came for drink orders and brought them back promptly. We decided on two separate pizzas (he is a meateater, I am not), and a couple of adult beverages. As we waited, we talked about the decor. The decor is loud, but super cool. I love the globe by the bar. Anyway, we didn't wait too long before our two deliciously piping hot pizzas arrived to the table. I had an extra cheese small pizza and he ordered the ridiculously plentiful pepperoni (I'm not sure what it was called, but there was probably 3 pounds of meat on that sucker). I grew up on the East Coast and my DNA is literally 52% Italian and yes I have been to Italy, so I know something about pizza. If you want more traditional pizza like something you would find in New Haven or Philadelphia, you should go to Andolini's, also in Owasso. If you like tons of toppings and pizza does not have enough calories for you so you dip your pizza into ranch dressing this is the place for you. The service is quite good considering how busy they are if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. Parking- as one reviewer noted the pandemic is over, you don't need count them, 15 take out spots, it creates a parking problem that does not have to exist. A foodie would not like this pizza, however, Oklahomans love things piled with meat and for them its as the Italians say magnifico. read more

Before moving to Oklahoma, I had never heard of Hideaway. Now, it's my go to for pizza. The quality is unmatched. The flavor combos of the specialty pizzas are amazing! I've yet to try one that I didn't love. Some of my favorites are the Cimarron, Tulsa Hurricane, and Pizza of the Gods. The management at this particular location is really great! They are always friendly, aware, and helpful. Once for a pick up order they made my pizza wrong and discovered it before bringing it out to me. It wasn't a big deal at all but they were so kind and apologetic. They ended up sending me home with 2 pizzas and $20's in coupons for later. read more

We eat here every time we visit my in-laws in Owasso and it's always a hit with my kiddos. The atmosphere is just what you'd want at a pizza joint trendy and Plenty of seating with a full bar with exotic beers and the service is always quick and helpful. I've never had a pizza I didn't like and there a LOT of unique and varied options. My family likes the thin crust hamburger and cheese pizza because their sauce is so flavorful. We start with the Garlic Knots which I swear could cure depression add the toasted ravioli and you're in an automatic food coma . Their Caesar salad is one of the best around with their garlic croutons pulverized with parmasean cheese cold and fresh. Chelby our waitress was attentive and kept our drinks filled. So I went to hideaway pizza about 2 weeks ago. I remember ordering some pesto pizza that was new cause my fiancé wanted to try it out. Anyway long story short they brought out a paradise pie out. My fiancé and I use to be servers so we know what it's like when it's slammed on a Friday night. Anyway we politely asked if we could get the pesto pizza because we really wanted to try it and didn't care if it took longer. Anyway the manager came out.... I believe his name is James and came and told us that he would have the pesto pizza out asap and that he would box the paradise pie for us for when we leave. Honestly I was not expecting this and it could have not come at a better time. My fiancé and I moved to owasso that day and we were so grateful for that act of kindness. I already had a good experience with everything and thought they acted really fast to get our new pizza out. However giving us that other pizza was the icing on the cake. I've never seen such amazing customer service. Hideaway pizza in owasso is now one of our favorite go to's just for the kindness, generosity, and good food! Thanks again!!!! Hideaway Pizza offers one of the best pizza in town! If you have experienced the real deal in Italy, you'll know that it's no where near it but close enough to where you can take yourself back to Italy when you took your first bite of that pizza you sunk your teeth into. The dough just had enough chew to it but still gives the crusty crunch you get around the edges. The toppings could use a tad more to wake up one's palate as a reminder of what was on the pizza. The food in this restaurant is excellant. Pizza, pasta and salads are great however this restaurant has one huge problem which is why I gave them only 2 stars. Customer service sucks! Every time I go there there are 4, 5 or 6 waitresses hanging out at the bar and ignoring their customers. I have sat at the bar while 3 or 4 of them have ignored me and others. Not good.
