Even reheated and crispy again from the air fryer, it was wonderful. I squeezed some fresh lemon on it and a little salt...wow! His regular fries were not salted at all. His quote at the end of his meal was "edible, but not favorable." Chive fries are always good, especially with the sour cream sauce to dip them in. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the sour cream sauce with my fries and didn't even realize it until I was almost done. Oh well. The bluegill pieces weren't huge, but I received eight of them and they tasted great, especially after I recently had bluegill elsewhere that wasn't very good. When the pizza arrived instead of apologizing I was told "Next time you should call ahead". This shows zero accountability and is a veiled accusation that it's somehow my fault. The owner may respond that they did apologize and that they didn't blame me but I have zero reason to lie. The bottom line is that it was NOT that busy and it's shouldn't take that long to cook a pizza and if for some reason it does the customer should be made aware and be apologized to. If I wasn't treated this way and a simple apology was made I would have never left a review.
