Don't come here!!! Sure the labor is cheap but they will do a bad job! I got my exhaust system installed by them and 2 days later my check engine light came on, I had reset my ECU. It appears that two of my exhaust gaskets were worn/broken and even though they saw them they didn't inform me. At one point the owner told me that my exhaust did not fit and I had to step in to help them, I bought the exhaust specifically for my car. I took my 04 CTS-V in on Saturday 6/1 when I developed a crack in my cat too high up to weld in place. Service was friendly and considering how busy they were, very prompt. Got the cat off in no time, welded the crack and even sealed up a small leak my car had past the cat. Did it all for the price they quoted and was on my way. A++++++ service. Pepe was magnificent. As a girl I never felt so comfortable being there. Pepe showed me the before and after when fixing my catalytic converter. He does NOT bull***t on price. He is very honest and quick to fix problems. He shows you detail by detail whats wrong. I been to other places and they jerk you off. He has warranty on all his work. Called Pepe about a month ago after getting blown off by another muffler shop...I went to that shop because it was close to my dentist and I thought they would helpful...they were not helpful at all...they directed me to their website and told me to look at all the mufflers and exhaust systems on there and then come back when i know what I want and they will order it and put it in...what? I am here at your business right NOW looking for help...I googled muffler shops in Long Beach and Hi-Flow came up...I called, described the work and Pepe quoted me a price...he said he had time right then to do the job...I went down and he confirmed the price for me and went to work...I basically had a complete exhaust system...muffler...pipes...new dual tips added to my 2011 Dodge Charger...they did a great job and even took the time to test different mufflers for me so that I could decide on the sound I liked best...it was between the Flowmaster and the Magnaflow...I went with the Flowmaster...they did a great job for the price they quoted and it was ready when they said it would be ready...this is a family business...they are nice and knowledgeable...fast forward a month...I decided that I wasn't really liking the sound of the Flowmaster and that I wanted the Magnaflow...I stopped by the shop to get a price from Pepe earlier this week and again...he gave me a great price...I told him I would come in later in the week when I had more time to get it done...well...today was the day...called him and he said he was a little busy, but that he could definitely get it done today...I went down...he told me it would take about two hours to be able to get it on the rack and complete the job...I went for a nice long walk...came back in two hours and it was done to perfection...and the bonus...he charged me less than he quoted me...perfect service...prices you cannot beat...they know their stuff inside and out and they are a nice family running a small business...you will not go wrong taking your car here!!!! read more

this guys are really good and hella nice! as soon as i got there they all greeted me with smiles even though they were working on another car, i tried to act like i didnt know anything about mufflers and asked them i bunch of questions, (i usually do this to any mechanic to see if they're gonna lie and upsell and try to rip me off)..not only were they able to answer all my questions but the price they gave me was lower than the other ones that i went to..they said that it was gonna take 45mins to install and it took less than that..i was surprised how fast they worked and how well they know about their stuff..highly recommended! i actually already told my friends about them! read more

I was looking to get some headers installed and after tons of research I found this shop. I call and he quoted a price which he kept. Not only was he honest and helpful. We worked late to finish the job. I only planned on installing headers, but he gave me a great deal that I couldn't pass up. I left the shop with a new exhaust system. Overall I was satisfied with the price, quality, and service. Such great service that my Brother in Law went the next day for his exhaust. Thanks for the great service!!! read more

(Sorry for the long review in advance but I'm that satisfied!) As good as it gets! Pepe really went out of his way to do my headers up right! I knew this job would be a pain from the get go but he made it as smooth as possible for me. I initially went in for a quote and was quoted a price for install without any modifications (I knew there'd be modifications as car is a classic (72 olds cutlass) because murphy's law always comes into affect when dealing with these old cars. I am a member of the olds forum and pre read that my dipstick would probably break, starter would need removed, lines might need bent, etc. So Pepe sets the headers as discussed, calls me up and has me come down to see what is going on with the install and to let me know it would be a little more. (He was very honest and forthcoming.) The dipstick needed fixed, and of course the oil pan had to be dropped to get that done, oil filter needed gasket, etc. I work nights and really don't have time to run and grab parts, etc. So at this point I'm stressed out. I asked about the oil pan gasket while I was there and if I needed to get it for him. His words- "Don't worry friend, I sent my guy to get the gasket, I'll fix the dipstick, I can change the oil for you since the pan needed drained anyways, go home, go to sleep, Your car is safe here, we'll lock it up and take good car of it and I will take care of everything for you, I just wanted to let you know it was going to cost a little more with all of the work and didn't want to surprise you. I'll call you when it's done! He calls the next day, car is done, I loved the work he did, he fixed all the issues, including some hack job that was done by another shop a year or so ago. and a few hundred bucks more than the initial quote was more than fair for the quality of work and extra effort it took to do the job. I really felt bad for him but he just put my worries at ease with a smile on his face the whole time and went above and beyond with all of the other issues I needed to address while we had her on the lift (mind you it was on the lift for a few days so I'm sure it held up quick muffler, etc. jobs that came in and out of the shop, but he is a man of his word and got me taken care of. I went to pick the car up, tried to hand him cash, he wouldn't take it until I drove the car and was happy with the work! I pull out of the shop and step on the gas and my god my motor must have been asleep these past few years because it was awesome, the sound was perfect, the torque from the H pipe he did for me was great, I was very satisfied. He told me to come by in a week or so and he'd retorque the manifold bolts as they do loosen with the hot/cold, hot/cold on the metal surfaces. While the car was on the lift I knew I needed some bushings and asked him if he knew anyone. He called his guy over from the next garage, told him to give me a good price for being a good customer, the guy comes over gives me a great quote on the bushings, car went from his shop to the next bay over for the bushings. One stop shop for all your needs with great pricing, honest, high quality work, I saw all of the 5 stars on yelp and maybe mine doesn't make a difference but in truth this guy is 5 stars plus! I couldn't be happier and felt he really went out of his way to take care of me. I couldn't recommend these guys more. Take your car there for good work, care and honesty, The work isn't dirt cheap, but extremely cheap for the quality of work he does and cheaper than the hack job place I took it to before truly a gem of a shop in Downtown Long Beach! read more
