Victor and Bjorn were pleasant, and accommodating throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told the repair would likely take about four days. I ended up picking it up the following Monday, so it took about six business days, which wasn't too bad. My main concern was the lack of communication regarding the repair estimate. GEICO's initial estimate was $2,000. When I dropped off my car, I asked for a copy of the repair estimate but was told they didn't have one for me. When I picked up the vehicle, I learned the final repair cost was approximately $7,300. Although I only had to pay my deductible, I was surprised by the significant increase and would have appreciated more transparency and an explanation of the additional costs during the repair process. Overall, the staff was friendly and the repair work appears to have been done well, but better communication regarding estimates and supplemental charges would have made for a much better experience.

I knew it was something serious, that had to be addressed, my mechanic had advised me to go to Freeport Collision and talk with TJ . TJ listened to what I had told him was going on and he assured me that his crew could fix the problem. My drain lines were clogged as well as one of them was not even attached.
