Same spot, same issue. When we called them back, they used a drone to inspect the roof but still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Their uncertainty was alarming. We ended up using **our own drone**, and we were the ones who actually located the problem area. When we pointed it out to them, they insisted the leak was coming from the chimney area -- which was completely incorrect. At that point, it was obvious they were guessing, not diagnosing. ### **3. A significant amount of materials we purchased for the project, including tile, paint, and three ceiling light fixtures, were not returned or accounted for. When we attempted to reconcile materials, we were unable to get clear or consistent answers. Materials (we purchased) were also requested well in advance of when they were actually needed, and the materials used on site often did not match what we had purchased for the project. This, combined with the lack of clear accounting, raised concerns about how materials were being handled across jobs.
