They sewed part of the pocket completely shut and didn't address a ripped seem (see pic). I asked for a refund and the guy literally refused which is crazy. I think the source of the issue is there are too many people between the customer and the actual tailor so communication breaks down. I suggest finding a place where you can talk to the actual person who will be doing the alteration.

SHERRY said she could take the sequins from the sections of straps being removed and add them to the mesh since she didn't think we could find a matching fabric. To be clear, this was HER suggestion. We never thought that would have been an option. The dress was just picked up and she literally took the cut pieces of fabric and glued it to the mesh!
