He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. It isn't easy to find someone as knowledgeable about coin collections as Mark is. It is even more challenging to find someone who is willing to come to your home to appraise your collection. This was wonderful vs having to box the entire collection and haul it out to someone's shop. ( Depending on the size of your collection, this can be very heavy and cumbersome.) We set an appointment with Mark to come to our home in Norco. He kept the appointment and arrived on time. Immediately it was very obvious that Mark has done a great deal of research about the types, age and value of the numerous Coins in my husband's collection. (Started when he was a young boy to the age of 76) Mark paid us for the value of all of the Coins he was familiar with in all of his experience. However, he requested to be given a little more time to research various Coins he needed to research further before giving a fair appraisal. Therefore, we set another date & time for Mark to come back to our home. At the end of Mark's final appraisal, my husband believed that he had received a very fair deal with his entire collection. Mark paid him with a Business Cashier's Check that same day. I should also mention that my husband had a knife Collection that Mark was willing to try to sell for us. Mark exceeded our expectations when he took the knife collection to a Collector's Swap Meet and managed to sell the entire set for the amount my husband was asking.
