Lack of Integrity due to not following the families request for a closed casket. When asked to…read moreclose it before the funeral they did nothing. It took me 15 minutes to get them to close the casket before my mom arrived and seen the unrecognizable person they presented. My family requested CLOSED CASKET, so you can imagine the pain I felt. The staff showed a lack of urgency to the families request. They turned my grief to anger... They almost ruined my sister's funeral due to a lack of compassion for my grieving family.
