He was nice and came outside with me and explained that the bench often gets backed into by cars in the parking lot and then it gets moved out of place. I have no idea why, if this is clearly a known issue, that the bench is not stabilized for safety reasons. If this happens next time to a child or an elderly person, this could end in consequences or someone getting seriously hurt.
