I called them back again and told them the problem was not fixed and to return. They came out on the 30th to try again. The tech looked for codes which there were none thrown. Then he said it was the chasis batteries and replaced them. Still would not work. Then he said the house betteries were bad and should replace those. Well the house batteries have nothing to do with the engine or chasis power. So they replaced those. After all said and done and with a bill of almost $3,000.00 the problem was not fixed. I told them to get the batteries since it was not the issue. Also they marked them up 40% from cost. The tech wanted to come Friday and i went to Chico and would be back. He text me Monday and said he was on his way and would be there by 9 AM. I responded that i could not make that time but when i return, i will take out batteries and give to them and they could adjust my bill. When i returned to my RV, i had realized they came there without my presence, broke into my battery storage bay and took the batteries and put old ones back. They did not hook up a possitive cable and the battery hold down brackets. They dented the door, broke the entry latch etc. I called the owner and explained to him that what he did was not right. His response was do what i need to do. So a police report filed and BAR will be contacted as well. I then called Cummins West. They came out, ran the codes and determined was a loose ground wire. Fixed problem with 10 minutes and $300.00. Whoever uses this shop beware as they have no clue on how to work on diesel motorhomes.

We booked early March, and I did not get it in calendar correctly so I asked to reschedule and they were super accommodating. Day of, Wayne arrived promptly ready to go, and got to work. He was able to go a little extra mile and take out my grandson's car seat because I don't understand it. I asked ahead of time to clean the original floor mats that came with car so I could store them, and then also put in the new hard shell mats I purchased. I did purchase upgrade to leather condition which was nice option to have. One other thing: I miscommunicated in a way that made it seem like I wanted only the interior done so when I came out to see finished product my exterior was still dirty. Wayne and immediately took action and completed exterior. It was my mistake and they did not make me feel silly at all. The car looked amazing and no one can touch it but me for at least 24 hours. I left feeling very disappointed with the service I received…read more I brought my car in for its 100,000-mile preventative maintenance because I trust your technicians to recommend what my vehicle needs to remain safe and reliable. I followed the recommendations that were made, believing the necessary services were being performed. Unfortunately, after the service was completed, my car began shaking and wobbling significantly--something it was not doing before. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional charge for a wheel balance. At no point before the work was done was I informed that rotating the tires without balancing them could leave my vehicle driving worse than when I brought it in. Had that been explained, I would have made an informed decision at the time. Instead, I left with a vehicle that now drives poorly and an unexpected additional expense just to restore it to the condition it was in before the service. I understand that wheel balancing may be a separate service, but I believe clear communication is part of providing quality customer care. Preventative maintenance should not result in a customer leaving with a vehicle that performs worse unless they were clearly advised of the potential consequences beforehand. I'm not asking to be reimbursed for the maintenance or repairs that were completed. I'm simply asking that the wheel balance be performed as a courtesy to resolve an issue that arose immediately following the service. I've trusted your business for years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I hope you'll consider making this right and restoring my confidence in the level of service I've come to expect.
