This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read more During my manicure, the technician placed an open bottle of pure acetone directly in front of me on a cushioned tray attached to the massage chair. The tray was unstable, and the vibration from the chair caused the bottle to tip over, soaking my limited-edition Athleta shirt in acetone. The shirt now has visible fading and appears to be permanently damaged. Accidents happen. What matters is how a business responds. Instead of taking responsibility, the explanation shifted toward blaming the massage chair rather than acknowledging the poor decision to place an open bottle of acetone on an unstable, vibrating surface. I received no genuine apology, no offer to make things right beyond removing the cost of my manicure, and no meaningful acknowledgment that a customer's property had been damaged. The value of my shirt far exceeds the cost of the manicure that was removed from my bill. To make matters worse, my attempts to discuss the situation with management went nowhere. I left feeling dismissed rather than respected. The experience was made even more frustrating by pricing that felt anything but transparent. I was charged additional fees, including an upcharge simply to remove existing polish before my pedicure. Had those charges been clearly explained beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. I recently moved to Georgetown after spending four years with the same nail salon in Dallas. I was excited to find a salon I could become a regular at. Instead, I found a business that failed in the moments that matter most: taking responsibility, communicating with customers, and standing behind its service. If you visit, I strongly recommend asking about every potential charge before your service begins and paying close attention to where open bottles of acetone and other chemicals are placed around your belongings. A beautiful salon means very little if basic safety and customer care are lacking.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE…read more The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.

After the service received I am not sure this is even a *nail* place. There was no greeting,…read morepresentation of options or selections. Two young, beautiful ladies were in 5 Inch heels and tiny black outfits which is cute, but really weird in a professional setting. One of these ladies did my pedicure, which was fine. I do not get my nails done...ever. So my bar is low. When it was manicure time the established lady had the wrong color and the polish was so gunked up she couldn't brush it, but had to dab it on. I requested she shape my nails and she clipped them like a veterinarian. She didnt use a file to even out the shape. I sucked it up with the color, but man what i was left with was terrible. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. Cuz painting nails as well as my 14 year old at 100 bucks should get better than this. Suss
