The cream cheese was great but not a full coat, which I thought was strange. I like a thin layer of cream cheese but I think it was rushed so I get why it wasn't evenly spread, no worries. I also ordered the seasonal chocolate malt latte and it was delicious. It's like if melted chocolate ice cream were a coffee. The food and drinks are delicious, but this place is way too popular for its own good. It is pretty pricey and a very small place. The decor is great and the workers are helpful. Definitely a little overhyped but I understand why. It was just a little overwhelming for me.

Price was okay and not the worst I've gotten. The chai was a powder in the drink and was not fully mixed when I was given my order, resulting in chunks at the bottom. The flavor was lackluster and a bit chalky even after I fully mixed everything. Over all, it was an okay chai latte but nothing too impressive. Ambiance was clean and hip.
