(HE GAVE ME THE FINGER ). There was a noise coming from right front passenger. I Made an appointment. The girl wrote down passenger front noise. also, I told her when you put it in reverse it makes the noise.so they do the work. I bring it back and I told them it's still making the noise. She said I have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I'm thinking OK I just paid day before.I asked them if they could just listen to it while I back it up. I didn't want to leave there until someone listened to it. She said it would take a a really long time . I said I'll wait. Five minutes later some kid comes out. I asked him if he was the one did that worked on it. He said yes,.I backed it up. He listened to it. He said yes I'll put it up on the lift . He says it's .the right side the passenger front . and I said that's why I came in .then why isn't it fixed. well we must've missed it. I said missed it? well, did you take it out for a test drive? He said yes. I said did you back it up? He said no. I said I told the girl and she wrote it down in her notes that you need to back it up that's where the noise was coming from he said I didn't know that .I said what do you mean you don't know? I asked him if he checked the right side he said yes .If you checked it why isn't it fixed? I repeated myself he said I must've missed it .I walked away. He walked away. I turned around and he gave me the finger. And I said did you just give the finger and he said yes. With a big smileAnd they were all laughing. Unfortunately, this location is extremely unprofessional and unethical. I went in to get a tire replaced and later realized they installed the wrong model, which didn't match the other OEM tires that came with my car. Not only that, but they refused to honor the 60‑day satisfaction warranty even though I called the very next day. They also broke one of the wheel bolt covers and tried to fit it back on using a piece of gum/plastic to make it stick, without even mentioning it to me. The cherry on top is that they didn't inflate the tire to the correct specification or reset the tire pressure monitor. Just unreal coming from supposed tire experts... read more

I had a low tire pressure message last Tuesday and made it to the shop where it went flat in minutes. I was a walk-in. The shop was busy, but they were able to fit me in. I was there for little over an hour which was much shorter than I had expected. Thy were able to repair my tire, thankfully. The service and the value were fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Don't come here .i been there 2 time for my tires.i do everything they need to do some how my 2 tires in the back worn down to 0.and another 2 still good.i have to replace them.later on my front tire keep loosing air.i coming for check up and they told me make a appointment.next week I come back. The guy so rude he denied to get me in bc he has no one at that time and he want me to come back another time.i have to go to back to work so I had to make a another a appointment next week.and today Jan/15 I come back another guy still playing around with me.he say nobody here until 9:30 to take a look.so why they take you in at 8:00 for a appointment.they need to change everything.if not this place will go out off business.i work with people so many years but I never see customer service like this.i rather go somewhere else for my tiers from now on never come back here . read more

I can not comment on their work as my car was not worked on. Apparently if you book online the website never bothers to check is there is actually an appointment. So thats insane. Then they said they would try to fit me in and could not, so like many auto mechanic shops around you end up wasting an hour for no actual service. The employees seemed nice but it really doesn't matter when I am wasting time in rush hour traffic to collect a car that needs work and has just sat unattended for 9 hours. Maybe its worth it for you to call ahead and get an appt and then its fine. But to me if you can't handle your schedule as an organization I question what you can. read more

Giving another review to follow up on my first one from my truck. I got a message response on here to my first review asking me to call their corporate customer service line. I did. The guy on the phone was nice and listened to what I had to say about the service at this location. He then said that he would escalate the matter and that I should expect a call to make the situation right. I told him that I wasn't sure what they'd do, unless they're going to give me my money back. My truck is operable now and there's no way I'm letting these people ever touch it again. He still said I should expect a call. That was at least weeks ago and no call. So I'm giving them another 1 star review. At least at this location, their techs are incompetent and the customer service doesn't exist. Previous post copied here: I got my truck oil changed here because it was a great price and it included a free brake check and such. Now they told me that the front rotors needed to be replaced (which I knew) along with some other stuff (old battery, rusted drum brakes in the back, ect.). Well I brought it back to have that work done. Battery replaced. Fine Front brakes replaced. Fine for a couple of days. Rear drum brakes disassembled, tech decided they were actually fine, so they were cleaned and reinstalled. Not fine. They readjusted the emergency brake. Which was fine I guess, but it hadn't been giving me issues. I pick up the car at the end of the day and drive off. I get down the street and I can smell burning brake pad. Upon stopping I see and smell smoke from the rear, driver's side drum brake. I let it cool down and bring it back the next day. Tech says he'll look at it. I come back later and he laughs at me and says he didn't find anything. But he figures if it gave me trouble, the only thing he can think of is the emergency brake, so they loosened it a little incase that was it. Fine whatever. Next day, I'm driving to work and the rear passengers side drum brake starts smoking like crazy (white smoke). So I pull over and take a look. I didn't feel a change in handling, but still concerning. I drove straight to Goodyear, not work. And I tell the tech. This time I have a video of the smoke. He takes a look at it and tells me it was just extra grease burning. So you clowns got grease on my brakes? The part that functions by friction? Also, at this point they replaced the emergency brake to make sure it wasn't a problem (again it never was before I brought it there). So. Now I take the truck home. I drive it for a few days without issue. Then as I driving I hear a weird noise and some driver next to me gives me a weird look. Handling hasn't changed though. When I get to my destination, I get out and take a look. Remember how they did the front brakes? Well they redid the axel seals. Guess what they messed up? Both the seals gave at the same time. There was grease everywhere. I brought it back again and let the front desk lady (nice lady) that this was my third time bringing it back. They fixed it. Truck works fine now. They didn't charge me for any of the extra work or parts. Still though, such incompetency. Oh and by the way. The parts that they used to redo the front seals got surface corrosion and rust within days. So even though they're new and were a complete hassle to get, they look like absolute shit. No one I talk to is surprised that I will not be going back. read more

Multiple calls, three appointments and so much wasted time. I have prepaid alignments plan. That's the only reason that kept me coming here. It's half an hour drive for me to get to this shop and every single time they're to busy to do the job. Previous time I was told I need to leave my truck for the day. Now they told me my appointment was actually half an hour earlier. Then mechanic decided to condescendingly explain me, that I really don't need to do alignment. It is RIDICULOUS! Got a flat on I-84 and my insurance company sent a flat bed to take it to Goodyear. Needed 2 high performance tires since I always replace 2 front or rear together. Goodyear did not have 2 in stock but they were able to get the other one in the morning which was not convenient but at least they kept my car inside overnight. Overall they were professional and pleasant. read more

I got a flat at 7:30 Friday morning when I came out of Crunch fitness next door. Left my car at Goodyear and called at 8am, they said they were pretty booked but would do the best they could. They managed to get it fixed same day without appointment. My car even qualified for free flat repair no paperwork or warranty. Matte is awesome and I highly recommend this shop. read more

I saw an ad for a $9.99 A/C checkup so I brought my car in to see why mine was broken. Had a 900am appointment and was told that the best air conditioning tech wasn't there. Huh? Why didn't they tell me that. After they were done a pound of refrigerant was added Cool, all set! I turned on the AC. Nothing! They said it must be a leak. Went to another place and they said I had too much refrigerant and that I had a bad condenser. No leaks. Next time I won't waste my time at a place that doesn't know what they are doing. read more

We bought snow tires for our 2 cars from them years ago. The deal is that they swap them out at no cost each season. We have been doing this for years and each time they call and tell us something that our car needs because I feel they must make some kind of sale, because the swapping of tires WHICH WE BOUGHT FROM THEM is supposed to be at no cost. We have gotten different opinions AND PRICES from our own trusted mechanic on the car repairs they claim are needed. Now they have made it very inconvenient to swap the snow tires out, time wise, meaning they keep the car for 6-8 hours making us wait. I WILL NEVER BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH GOODYEAR AGAIN AFTER THEIR OVERSELLING CAMPAIGN and their inconvenient and untimely customer service. read more

I had a pleasant experience at this shop. Total turnaround from order to installed for four new tires was one day. The day I called, they placed the order, and my appointment was the next day for four brand new Kelly EDGE AT tires. They also had a promo going on: free oil change (up to 5 qt) with purchase of 4 tires. They also did a free alignment check and the tow was out in my truck, and they dropped $20 off the price of a full alignment as well! All in all, I didn't spend as much as I thought I would and the staff was all pleasant to work with. read more

I had car trouble this weekend, and Goodyear was the only mechanic/car servicer open early on a Sunday morning. As I was driving on the Pike, the cover under my car had slipped off. Luckily Peter, the Store Manager, was able to assist. He was helping other customers before me, but I did not have a long wait. He rescrewed the cover for me and then I was all set from there. The shop could have fit me in on Monday but I couldn't leave my car that long. I called Tuesday am to see if the y could fit me in and I was prepared to leave it all day. They finished at 12:45. My Saturn 2002 SL2 wouldn't start. I was totally screwed. I need to get to the doctor every day for treatment and medicine and I am a junior at Worcester State University. My Saturn was towed to this outfit. Thankfully, AAA saved me some bucks. I already suspected it was the starter. I usually take my vehicle to CTM in West Boylston but I couldn't reach Nate today. I truly didn't see any choice. Well, the cost is $485.00 and starters go for about $200. My car was already there. In the end, it cost me $420, including cab fare. And it works. Yeah, I have the money. My children probably won't eat for a month. We may not even have an apartment to eat in! Can you believe it? I think I will make a sign. Well, off to get my vehicle. Oh, yeah. I gotta vote. Yes on question #4 so I can get stoned in peace. OK. I know I am getting screwed. If the car starts and runs through the winter, I will be smiling come May. read more

Tried to take advantage of two old ladies, my friends!!! they said their brakes were shocked and quoted them $195 plus $1195 of other supposed safety repair..... went to another shop which showed me the brakes were brand new and my car needs about $200 worth of work and not 1500 dollars. the fact that they would do that to two old ladies who know nothing about cars shows what kind of a place they run. Have a bulge in tire. No sign that car hit pot-hole - no mark on tire or rim. Manager said the company would not offer any discount on replacement. I called today to get their address to write a letter of complaint and was offered a 50% discount on a replacement. I have still not decided whether there tire is actually defective. I think there is a real issue with the lack of good faith last night at the store and will not shop at Goodyear again; nor will I buy a Dunlop product again. Extremely disappointing. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had an oil change there. They pulled out my air filters and showed them to me. They recommended that I change them and were kind enough to give me an estimate that was overpriced. Air filter $40 plus $5 instillation. Same air filter at Walmart $11 with FREE instillation! If your tech is going to attempt an to up sell me, at least have prices that are comparable to other places in the area. Then I take the vehicle home and when I turn on the heat, I hear an awful noise. I return to Goodyear and they tell me that a leaf must have fallen into the blower motor when THEY removed the air filter to sow them to me. I had to wait almost another hour while they dropped the blower motor case and cleaned it! read more

The staff is rude and tries to overcharge for everything. So they are basically crooks. I did an oil change and a alignment and it took them over 5 hours to get done even though I had made an appointment. The only reason I went back this time was cause I bought the deal where you get alignments for free. But every time they do an alignment something is always off. I will never go back here. My girl went there to have something fixed and they wanted to charge $1000. I went to a small garage down the street and they fixed the problem for $300, so yeah major crooks here STAY AWAY!!! read more

I recently went to get my oil changed because they have a great price. It took a few hours - longer than I was expecting and longer than they had told me it would take the day before. When I returned to pick it up it was in the parking lot with the windows rolled down. I was a little annoyed that it was left unsecured like that but it wasn't the biggest deal. Later that day I stopped to fill my gas and found that the gas cap had been left off. I was again annoyed. Then last week, I tried to use my windshield wipers for the first time since the oil change and found that my wiper fluid hadn't been filled which should have been included in the service. While I wasn't very concerned about the first 2 issues, this last one makes me question what they actually did. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Kudos to the Worcester, MA Goodyear Tire Store Manager Peter Cestodio and his staff for above-and-beyond service. En route from Boston to our home in New Jersey we drove over a pothole, denting the wheel rim and causing a slow leak in the tire. It was Sunday around 5:00pm on St. Patrick's Day, and most of the nearby service stations were closed, and a couple that were still open couldn't accommodate us until the morning. Through AAA, we found our way to Goodyear Tire in Worcester, 20 minutes before their 6:00pm closing time. They already had a car or two on their lifts, but, when they sensed our plight, they pulled the car in immediately, repaired the rim, thoroughly tested the integrity of the tire and got us on our way - all in 15 minutes. Do not go here! My daughter went for an oil change the other day and was totally ripped off. The bill came to $266.29. They pulled the old "dead baby squirrels in the cabin filter" trick. They showed her a cabin filter but she didn't see them take it out of the car. Somehow they got her to buy a $149 "Fuel System Cleaning & Decarbonization". Dirty fuel injectors will usually trigger the check engine light, or, at least make the car run rough. This is a classic example of how Auto mechanics rip off younger women when it comes to car repairs. read more

1. the towing service was run by an incompetent rude individual: I'm waiting in my vehicle and I receive a call that the tow has arrived. 15 min go by and I receive another call rudely saying" are you gonna go out and wait by your car or am I going to send my driver away?!" i repeated my location and it was the driver and the manager who had clearly made the mistake. 2hrs for a tow because they can't communicate efficiently! 2. "Car is ready for pickup. by the way we broke $&@&$ on your car. it's drivable but you're gonna want to get that fixed. No worries we'll replace it for free, it'll be here tomorrow." it's a big deal to have your car out of commission for a week if you only have 1 vehicle. are you going to pay for gas to drive back here? can you tell my boss why I have to be gone for 4 hrs for my car again!? 3. why is the car charger that I regrettably left in my car broken. oh what's this... you've shoved it's broken pieces into the socket. I'd have been be better off asking the curb my car slid into for help. read more

I wont talk bad about the mechanics, they do a wonderful job. The salesman however are just that. Very pushy with there couple hundred dollar add ons. If you or someone you know are easily intimidated then do not go here. And always double check your reciepts. I know its "just business", but it translates to real money. read more

I have walked in here 5 times now. Three out of five times were great experiences. The 1st and 2nd time I came I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter, the store manager, who is an awesome guy. The 3rd time I came in I was told by some guy they were having some sort of promotion going on and they didn't have time to fit me in to check my alignment. The 4th time I came in was after the flooding happened in Worcester and my tire was wrecked in the floods. I walked in and told some other manager guy what happened and was told I had to wait three days to be fit in for a tire. So I came back the next day anyways. And lucky for me Peter was there! Back from vacation! He said my tire was able to be repaired and at no cost!! read more

I definitely don't recommend this place. I had an appt today at 1pm for 2 rear tires only. When I got there at 12:50pm I had to wait about 10 minutes to be acknowledged because the front desk person was on the phone and didn't even look up at me. After checking in I was given a quote of $475 for 2 rear tires on an Audi! After telling them I had my front done there 2 months ago for half that they gave me a quote of $250. I then turned over the keys and sat down to wait. At 1:50pm I was still staring at my car sitting outside so I asked for my keys and walked out. Why make an appointment if they can't honor it? Rude employees and high prices and no consideration for their customer's time. Complete waste of an hour. During my previous visit I had felt highly pressured to do a ton of extra work to my car that I was not there for. All I wanted was tires. Go somewhere else! read more

Great service all around today. Peter, the Store Manager helped me out & was very easy to work with! Car was accepted right @ appointment time & completed in less that 90 minutes for install of 4 tires & alignment. I took one star off because when I called in to confirm the appointment, I did get a bit of a 'tude from the guy on the phone (wasn't Peter). I think he was the same guy who was there upon my return when picking up the car after the service. (he seemed a bit "meh" and had no interest in being there) Overall, I got a good deal on set of 4 new tires with a nice rebate, was able to use a $25 coupon AND got a pair of windshield wipers for free as well (some kind of promo when you open the card; how about them apples?) Thanks for a good experience (Oh, heads up; you cannot get rebate for the deal I got unless you open a good year CC. Not a huge fan of opening another credit card, but 6 months w/ no interest helps a ton.) read more
