I think most of their customers are contractors who do painting or sealing professionally, but they sell to homeowners too. I went back this year, planning to do another coat to get a really thick layer on, and they actually recommended not applying any more, and explained the reasons why. Explanation aside, I think it says a lot about the company and how they stand behind the product, such that they turned down business because a second coat isn't needed or recommended for at least another couple years. Definitely recommended based on customer service and quality, and they're local!

Obviously I missed the stay in your car sign because I'm blind but the guy informed me from a good distance that the current method of getting stuff is to call the number, pay via credit card, and they will run it out to you. Your service is horrible and when I had enough and asked for Mike the owner to contact me, crickets! Never a response! I could have bought my own RTAs and done the same or better job. I told them this because we built a bar area smaller in our media room! The quality of the cabinets were not to my standards for the price. My wall had to be repainted which they should have offered to pay for since the installer made marks all over because they sold me long floating shelves that was never installed at that length so had to install different brackets and notch the shelves to fit the brackets. 3times out here to install two shelves and 3 1/2 cabinets. I was set for me and my daughter to follow with full kitchens but we are going elsewhere now. Over $60k worth of lost business, not sure who wants that! The plans were ready to be executed. We used Builder Supply Source for our cabinets in a kitchen renovation project we just finished,…read moreand the cabinets turned out great. More than that? The cabinets we ended up with are extra custom. We wanted a more modern kitchen than I expect is very common in Nashville (several cabinetry companies our contractor typically works with could only give us Shaker cabinets, which isn't what we wanted), but Builder Supply Source had flat panel cabinets, which is the modern look we wanted. When they didn't have the exact stain color we wanted, they worked with us to create some samples based on some Pinterest/Houzz pictures I sent over. A few days after I sent the photos over, we had four samples at our house. We really liked three of them, narrowed it down to two, and finally picked one. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get the color just right! We had a few little issues (one small panel of wood came slightly scratched up), but Builder Supply Source took care of everything. We worked with Will, who was great from our first meeting with him (we were in his office for about an hour talking about options and coming up with the best cabinet layout). And - at the end of the project - we're just in love with our cabinets (as well as with the hardware we ordered through Builder Supply Source). They were great to work with and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I don't think we would have ended up with the kitchen we had in our minds if it weren't for Builder Supply Source!
