The company called the manufacturer and because it wasn't that old the compressor was provided to me at no cost, and also a discount on the refrigerant. He installed things, double checked my thermostat, answered my questions and provided a written description of his work. We called multiple plumbers for quotes and the last quote we received was from DoneRite. Roger and Rodney showed up on time at 10 am, crawled under the house, and ended up quoting us on a new water line. The main concern was how long it would take to get a directional bore company out to drill the hole, but DoneRite stated they could work on the boring company's schedule to get this fixed for us ASAP. Roger and Rodney left and I was already feeling better about the situation but was still nervous about how long it would take, given the time estimates we received from other plumbing companies. About 20 minutes after they left, they came back to tell me that they spoke to a boring company who happened to have availability TODAY. DoneRite stated they would clear their schedule if today worked for us. At this point our yard had been torn up for four days and I was already over it. So we jumped on the opportunity. Roger and Rodney came back at noon with the boring company and they had our new water line in and working before dinner time. They even set me up two new spickets to make watering my garden easier.
