It was just the 4 of us and we had a really great time and made it memorable for the parents who have been locked down for a year. Hill Top Limo had a beautiful black stretch limo, clean and Jamal the driver was a very friendly, professional mature man and drove so smoothly. On another note we left our sunglasses in the back center of the limousine and didn't realize it until a little later after drop off and this wonderful company brought our sunglasses to our in-laws the very next morning. Long overdue rating. I called them nearly last minute for my wedding and they are fabulous. Our limo driver was great! When you are planing a wedding you may feel the need to go all out with certain things. All I cared about was having a limo safely drive us and our bridal party to and from our wedding. I picked a 10 seater black Lincoln when I visited the showroom in August. The process was easy and I just gave the owner all the addresses and times we needed for the wedding day. The tip and alcohol in the limo both were included in the price! All together for 4 hours I only payed $390. I didn't need a TV or a Hummer limo and I feel I got a wonderful value. Hilltop Limo did a bachelorette for one my oldest friends. We had a stretch SUV in our requested color of black. The driver arrived 10 minutes early waited for us took our pictures stopped at the liquor store for us and came with an exceptionally clean limo and fully stocked bar. He was soooo kind arrived at the club after he gave us a text for the heads up then even let us have an hour extra for only 100.00 more. It couldn't have been a better experience. Our driver Hector was the best. The service made us all feel like a million bucks. VIP all the way. I know I will never use or recommend another limo service besides Hilltop ever again. OUR PARTY BUS BROKE DOWN -The company owner refused to pay for the cab fares etc that people had to take home for lack of available transportation provided by the company -The owner sent room for 12 when there were 30 people in our bus -Probably most annoyingly, the bus broke down when we got to the site. They had over two hours to call a mechanic or get a different car/cars, and they didn't. -The owner has been extremely rude to several of our parents, and super unprofessional -When we booked the limo he said to call with a credit card number within 24 hours for a 500 down payment, but when we called he said he wanted half cash. read more

We used Hilltop Limo upon a colleague's recommendation, and will never do so again. For a large birthday group, we reserved a large "party bus," complete with karaoke, an on-board bathroom, and seating for 30, along with ice, mixers, etc. While our driver arrived on time, and the bus was the right size, the "product" was horrendous. The #1 goal we asked for when we booked the limo was "karaoke". And the karaoke was broken. It took us an extra 30 minutes to get out because we had to call around to electronics stores, whilst the driver brought his console into our house to test it...and then we had to swing by a local Radio Shack, and pay for an adapter (out of our own pocket). Then the karaoke itself? He couldn't get it to work for 2 hours...and when it did, the songs provided were (no kidding) - Ring around the Rosie, Rock-a-bye-Baby, etc. As our driver put it - "I've been driving this bus for 3 years, and they always sell it as a karoke bus - the fact is, we can't do karoke on here" It was horrible all the way around (many more issues, including a foul odor from the bathroom). At the end of the evening, I asked the driver to convey our negative experience to the owners @ Hilltop and suggest that they call me to discuss. I also said that I would wait one week before posting a review on Yelp, so that they would have a chance to explain themselves to me. Sadly, I am still waiting for that call. If I could give a zero star I would. The owner has a serious attitude problem. I was trying to book a pick up for a friend flying in from Australia. I provided all the information required and then when we were discussing payment - was happy to hold the reservation with my credit card but said that I expected the passenger would pick up the tab - he misunderstood me and said "we have enough business, we don't need it." Drivers awesome, friendly, If someone had a bad expense here.. I would chalk it up to something things just happen.... because I have yet to have a flaw. Greg .... I am assuming is the owner or manager.. every time.. fast, easy to deal with, gets it done. One example, was just last night.. I used them to go to a venue. Decided.. 3 hours prior to have them come 1.5 hours earlier.. which only gave them 1 to 1.5 hours to change it and get to my house.. the answer was absolutely.. I did not know, in order to get that done, they had to call in another driver.. Jim, Highly recommend asking for him.. Where do I begin with writing this review...first off I just want to say Hilltop Limousine exceeded my expectations times a million. I was organizing a surprise birthday party for my mom and quite a few of her closest family and friends. I had done some research ahead of time on yelp and this service caught my attention right from the beginning because of all the great things people had to say. After making a few phone calls to compare prices and requirements, I felt confident in booking a party bus with Hilltop. Greg was extremely helpful in explaining prices and services and followed through with everything I needed. He was always quick to answer the phone and get back to me. One of the great things about this limo service is there is no minimum time required for booking. Every single other company I called had a 5 hour minimum, and since we were staying local, I knew Hilltop was the way to go. Even better than this, the party bus came fully stocked with a bar and you can even have a bartender on board for an added cost. Additionally, the inside of the bus was spacious, had an iPhone connector to play music, and we ended up getting a bartender on our bus at no additional cost! The bartender busted his butt the entire time making drinks and making sure everyone was taken care of. If you can't already tell, I wouldn't recommend any other company because Hilltop is the best of the best. You will not regret booking with them. I used Hilltop for my wedding transportation. It was a great value, I was able to go down there and take a look at all the cars they had. Our driver, Hasan, arrived on time, texted me promptly to let me know he was there. He took care to make sure my dress didn't get scuffed up by the limo tire on my way in and out. Super nice guy. Alcohol was included and you can call them ahead of time if you want something specific. I ended up changing the car to accommodate a larger party and they had no trouble doing it (although I'm sure during prom season you have to call pretty far in advance as they book quickly). On the return flight, they are waiting at baggage claim to retrieve my bags and take care of loading. The drivers are courteous, well dressed and informed.
