Little things like that keep us coming back. They also have an incredible lineup of 52 rotating beers, so there's always something new to try. They have large screen TVs throughout the location and a pretty large bar as well. When we arrived, we were told our only immediate option was to sit outside in 99-degree heat. Otherwise, we would have to wait another 20-25 minutes for an indoor table. That completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation. It was embarrassing because I had planned this celebration, expecting the reservation to ensure the seating I requested. If indoor seating wasn't actually available, that should have been communicated before we arrived so we could have made other plans. To make matters worse, the dark-haired hostess was dismissive and offered very little help. The blonde hostess at least seemed to understand our frustration and showed some empathy, which I appreciated. A reservation should mean something or if standard does not mean indoor, there should be an explanation. The hostess stated they can't see what you select as far as seating which doesn't seem to make sense. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed before our celebration even began.
