Stayed at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor for a work conference in early May. Check-in was smooth and I was able to get my room early. That was probably the best part of the stay. I got to the room and it was not cleaned. There was what looked like a bug (maybe a maggot) on the bathroom floor. I requested that the room be cleaned via the app; I was told it would be and no one came. I also requested fresh towels and instead of putting them inside the restroom, they were stuffed in a plastic bag & hung on the door. With this being a Hilton property, I was expecting a lot more. read more

Every year for the last four years I've stayed at this hotel. It's been very convenient. We have Camden Yards right across the street, about 15 minutes to Guinness, Sagamore Spirit Distillery only 1.7 miles. Marriott hotel and Holiday Inn are right across the street as well. I can see the University of Maryland from my window. It's only a few blocks away. Maybe 3-4 long blocks. The actual University of Maryland Medical System is a block away. On the other side I see the Pandora Building. I think it may be their corporate office. I've been told that the crab cakes in the area are amazing. The food at the hotel (convention / meetings) is excellent. The employees from the front desk all throughout the hotel have been kind and engaging. The rooms are clean, the color schemes are neutral and the artwork modern. Like the comfort of the mattress and the white crisp sheets. read more

This is a centrally located Hilton and they don't offer the perks to silver members like other hiltons do (bottles of water, etc). They aren't rude but they aren't hospitable either. I love the location because there is a direct bridge connection to the Baltimore convention center. The hotel bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious but had very loud water tank refills occurring random times of the night and day in the toilet. What a scary way to wake up ha! The hotel needs some loving as some of it is showing age for sure. That said, if they spruce it up- nothing like this location and space. read more

Burger was OK. Ordered medium but it came up medium well and dry. The toppings made it OK to eat but other than that, it wasn't much to offer. Very COLD indoor Pool. Even the jacuzzi is kind of chilly. Everyone in the pool area went in for a minute and then came out shivering. Another couple said something to the Maintenance guy who insisted the heat is already on. Probably they are trying to save money. If the pool is part of your trip DO NOT STAY HERE! Otherwise the location is really good that's why I give it two stars. But what a shame to have a huge freezing indoor pool. read more

Have stayed at this Hilton many times over the years and have never been disappointed with my room nor service. Check-in has been consistently easy and quick. The lobby is modern and contemporary. Great bar to pre-game and get a drink or 2. You never know who your bar mate may be. Ravens player? Opposing team player? R&B singer? Political leader? I've sat next to all. The rooms are comfortable. Beds are amazingly comfortable! The view from the rooms are great. Upper level rooms located on the south side of the hotel have a great view of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Overnight parking is $30. Not bad for downtown Baltimore. read more

I cannot believe I paid more than $200/night for a stay in this terrible hotel. Issues: 1. As seen in picture, their coffee was terrible in the rooms and they don't serve complimentary coffee downstairs. I repeat, this supposedly fancy hotel does not serve coffee to its guests. You have to pay to get it from a downstairs coffee shop. 2. Parking is $35/night, which is robbery but ok it's downtown Baltimore, right? WRONG. After asking locals, I learned that not only there's on street parking right behind the hotel, the city doesn't check if you paid or not since the pandemic. So I could have parked for free. Is this Hilton's problem? Yes. Because I specifically asked front desk about my parking options and they didn't tell me anything except the $35/night one at the hotel. 3. You have to pay for WIFI if you want to do video calls. I repeat, you have to pay for WIFI if you want to do video calls. It's 2022. Who doesn't do video calls? I called the front desk to pay for it. They had to connect me to their outsourced IT Support. After a long time, they were able to upgrade my service (for a fee). Then my videos started lagging again. I went back to see my speed way below video streaming levels (see attached). I can add but this should hopefully be enough to steer you off of this expensive and terrible hotel in Baltimore. The service staff here obviously mean well, but seem overwhelmed by short staffing. The check-in lines on early Saturday evening were long and slow-moving, probably since only three staffers were available behind the desk. The person who helped us was affable and seemed very capable, but gave us a room with only one bed when I'd reserved one with two. Honest mistake. Upon this discovery, I called down to the front desk and finally got through on the third try and more than 30 rings each call. Yikes! They need to staff the front desk appropriately or risk losing good employees who won't put up with this kind of thing for very long. And of course, it also annoys customers to be left hanging. I didn't stand in line again and went right to the original front desk guy, who politely asked his current customer to wait while he quickly fixed the error. (I apologized to the customer, who only seemed bemused at the delay...hope the employee didn't catch hell from that one.) I was taken care of and back on my way in about two minutes -- great save! The hotel itself is fairly standard as you'd expect (no mini-bar ?!?), but there was an active popcorn machine in the lobby (also with long lines, of course) manned by an employee who looked rather harried. Those tempted by the irresistible aroma had to gauge that against their willingness to wait 10+ minutes in another line... not worth it for me. Alright, Hilton Baltimore. Our encounter was on the brief side but here's a quick rundown: -the room was spacious with a desk, mini fridge and great views of downtown (including the clock tower) -unfortunately, we popped down to the pool to attempt an early swim and found that it looked like it could use some cleaning TLC. The cloudiness of the water turned us off and alas, the sauna also was not in operation. -the staff working at the front desk was friendly -the location is very walkable to the sporting attractions of Baltimore and the light rail that runs through town -the vent in our bathroom had what appeared to be wind of dust built up and could use a deep clean -this location is very convenient for those attending conferences at the convention center -overall, it was a very middle of the road experience. Next time, I would probably stay somewhere else but this wasn't the worst scenario either. read more

Nice hotel. Room was okay. Booked a "home plate" view, which was a bit of a stretch. Somewhat blocked by other buildings. Front desk gave us breakfast tickets, which we used early in the morning. Staff helped us create "to go" boxes so we could make our work meeting. Incredibly appreciative of all their efforts! Wonderful way to start the day. Moving-On I asked them for my self pay parking garage pass witch the informed me the garage was full???? Yes the HH App states self pay parking AVAILABLE. It Fails to tell you HH Members do not get accommodating parking IN THIS SELF PAY PARKING GARAGE ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL. YES You literally ride the elevator up into the Hotel from this parking garage but you are not priority as a HH patron here for anything from parking to room selection that the provide for you to chose from????? Suit#1729 KING BED AND PILLOWS very dated. So 9:30am morning of Third Day I called down for towels and washcloths woman said sure thing will send them up. I'm waiting around finally at 10:57am I looked out into the hallway because no one has come, I find a clear trash bag laying at my door with clean towels an washcloths in it...I was listening for a knock on the door that NEVER HAPPENED not even a call back to communicate there chosen process for dropping them off. I have never had these kinds of issues at ANY PRIOR HILTON STAYS... Chicago, New York or L.A. and I NEVER have had parking issues at a Hilton stay. On a positive note the kids cleaning car windshields at the Traffic-Light did a fine job and received good compensation for their work. I stayed here for about a week at a conference. The location is convenient although be aware that there is a huge homeless population nearby that will hassle you when you walk outside of the hotel. The hotel had wine and charcuterie upon my arrival, but I did not eat any since the table was swarming with fruit flies. Yuck! Wifi was available in my room but was not available in common areas, the lobby, or conference rooms. I could not get the printer to work to print a boarding pass, and no one was around to help me. While I let the hotel know I needed a 4 am checkout, I had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to arrive to check me out of my room. The pool and workout area were absolutely disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned in weeks. read more

I'm giving this hotel a 5 star rating bcus of their staff member named, Kasey. Kasey worked the front desk accepting registrations as we entered for the PAW Convention. I had my 87 year old mother who has cancer and is very weak with me. Kasey was so patient and accommodating. even after I checked in and saw her daily, she would ask "do you need anything for your mother?" she was so caring and compassionate about making sure my mom was comfortable and had everything she needed. Check your receipts and account statements often when starting at this hotel. I went there for a work conference and the hotel restaurant/bar was completely cashless. To my surprise when I returned home there were 2 charges on my account that I did not make. I contacted the hotel and their corporate office and got no where but bounced between Prime for over an hour, so I had to fight with my back to get the charges removed. Also my company paid for the hotel room prior to my arrival, I was told that I had to have a card on file for incidentals so i swiped my bank card only to find out after I checked out that they charged my card for the room and removed the charges from the card my company had on file. I reached out to the hotel and their corporate office and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks for them to reverse the charges and that I should reach out to my job for reimbursement. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend that you stay there and if you have to, be sure to keep a close eye on your bank account. read more

We stayed here one night to go to a ballgame. You could easily walk to the stadium right across the street. The front desk staff was very friendly. We ate at the restaurant there and the food was good. The restaurant staff was very nice, checked on us just enough. The room was nice for what we needed and the pillows, aaaaamazing. read more

We left last weekend and when we got home, we realized that our younger son's 2 favorite stuffed animals were left in the bed sheets.
