I had a $200 gift certificate to use at a Hilton's hotel. We picked this location and stayed here for two nights (thursday and Friday).The room was specious and clean. The room had a balcony, which was nice. We booked the second night through booking.com for a good deal. The location was a few minutes away from downtown Belleuve. We didn't have to pay for parking, which was a plus! We would stay here again. read more

Clean, quiet, comfy beds, safe? Lovely area of Seattle and ask for Irina at Basil's for her skinny margarita. Basil's within the hotel I believe this is my 5th stay and I'm back here next month. Their HH tenth floor appetizers are not the best nor do they serve wine like the Hilton on 6th street in Seattle but we have Irena:). Try the scallop appetizer at Basil's. Always good read more

The Hilton in Bellevue is nice and clean, but not the nicest hotel in town. It offers all you would expect from a hotel, that and nothing more. It is basic, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are nice and stocked. If you want just a place to sleep this maybe the hotel for you, if you are looking for something a little bit for upscale I recommend looking at a different hotel in Bellevue. read more

This hotel is better than most Hiltons in terms of its appearance, room furnishings etc. Very impressive lobby and check-in area with restaurants, coffe bar etc right there. Rooms quite well appointed but... It comes with a cost. Wandered down to the bar for a brew and a dinner bite. Was hankering for fish and chips... told that was not on the bar menu but on the room service menu - wondered what else might be on the room service menu so asked "Do you have one?" No... "Would reception have one?" No. Settled for a $14 burger. Web site mentioned craft brews - I expected a few local favorites but no, pretty much national and well-known varieties. Had a corporate rate with breakfast included - thank goodness - $11 for the continental - juice coffee, fruit and a couple of small pastries. Parking at $20 also seemed a little much for Bellevue... almost downtown Seattle rates, I suspect. I guess I would stay here again if I couldn't get into my other favorite hotel in the area - the Garden Inn in Issaquah, but certainly not my first choice. read more

We stayed her for seven nights while visiting Seattle. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were spacious. However, there were so many issues with the shower faucet that wouldn't stop running, light bulbs that weren't working correctly, requesting for towels and waiting over an hour for them, etc. it seems like there is a staff shortage and that management needs to take better a better look at the hotel operations. read more

I was invited to interview with Microsoft (they called me out of the blue)and they set me up here at the Hilton in Bellevue. Honestly, very nice rooms (reminiscent of the Hyatt) and the staff was impeccable. Extremely accommodating, and obvious that they were aware of my visit. everything was taken care of, and everyone knew why i was there. Wow... hilton honors I arrive early front desk tells me to go get a cup of coffee. promise they will come get me when my room is ready... 90 minutes later i go to front desk... Lots of apologies...they couldnt seem to find me (remember I am watching, waiting knowing, they aren't even looking for me at all(only 40 feet away!,,)They lie. I go to office work 8 hours ... On the way home the "ride from hell" shuttle guy drives like a maniac, cant seem to find me or the next guest! Dinner...not good, I had to send it back (almost never do that! ) only 1 in 90 meals, EVER! In lounge only 2 servers who don't appear AT ALL for 20 minutes or totally ignore me for more than 90 minutes! I won't be back, LOTS OF HOTELS TO CHOOSE FROM HERE... Worst Hilton experience ever. We booked this hotel because of our prior wonderful experiences with other Hilton locations, but this property is a nightmare. The room was old and dated, the tub was filthy, and the door trim had a big chip (about 2") on it. It was obvious that the hotel is not well maintained. We were on the 8th floor. Rooms were spacious and front desk staff were pleasant enough, but we never stayed the night. It was that bad. read more

I was just there for a new year's party of Japan Business Association of Seattle. I was so stunned at how rude the hotel staff are. They did not even seem like they wanna be there. I asked one of them if they can take a picture for me and my husband. I was expecting a friendly interaction, but instead, she expressed her reluctancy. The staff kept taking away chopsticks at the table. Some people had to eat sushi with hands (how culturally insensitive for staff members to not provide enough chopsticks for a Japanese new year party!) Staff members kept bumping into my chair and not even said "sorry" for once. Instead, they looked at as if I was in their way. HOW RIDICULOUS! NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! TLDR: Rude staff, broken shelf, no fridge, balcony had no furniture or view. Dont waste your money here. Firstly the desk attendant treated my boyfriend and I like crap. Then something was going on with my boyfriends credit card only at this location so he treated us even more poorly. They ended up calling the bank and sorting things out but it literally took an hour or more to get our keycards. They said they would charge us for both nights if we decided to leave. The sitting area had very uncomfortable chairs to sit an hour in. When we got in the room it had dirt on the counter outside of the bathroom. Then there was some broken board under the counter that maybe was supposed to be a shelf. It was really weird. It didn't come with a mini fridge even though it was supposed to be in our room. There was 0 appliances in there which I found odd as well. There is a balcony with no furniture on it so you can't enjoy it really not that there is much of a view anyways next to a busy road. We took furniture out on the balcony and they called us and made us put it back inside. We asked for furniture that we coukd use outside but they said they dont have any. When we went out later that evening there were about five other people who had stuff on their balconies. We didn't ask for another room because of how we were treated in the first place. The only thing good was the bed was compfy and the maid service was acceptable. It isn't worth your money. I will never stay at a Hilton again from this experience. read more

Well this was pretty disappointing. We stayed here for 5 days to attend a medical conference which was hosted at the hotel. And I have to say the staff barely phoned it in. After the 3rd day at the hotel the maid stopped replacing the coffee and the towels and the bed looked very hastily made up. Also at the conference itself the food was depressingly bad and the staff would start cleaning up the food before people had finished. At checkout no one asked us how are stay was and when we called later to see if we had left something in our room no one bothered to return the call. Management is doing something wrong at this hotel because people at this establishment are not at all invested in their job. I read the other comments and reviews and it appears that my experience isn't singular. Spend your travel money elsewhere! read more

Bathroom was filthy with no water pressure. When I say no water pressure I mean hardly a drip! I called about wifi so I could get some business tended to while I was there. The front desk person was nice but I had to pay for wifi?? Really! Then I called back twice about ten minutes later to ask about breakfast. No answer and it wrung about eight times each. This place is an embarrassment to Hilton. It is extremely old and run down. Furniture is old and yucky and while some areas have a fresh coat of paint, you can only do so much with lipstick on a pig. So, we stayed in the presidential suite - it was like 1100-1200 square feet - highly recommend if you are looking for tons of extra space. Large jacuzzi tub in master bath. As Hilton diamond guests, we were treated to breakfast vouchers and evening appetizer vouchers in the main restaurant. Parking free on weekends, but is $20/night M-F. Bottled waters, various carbonated flavored waters and beverage station located on the 9th floor (for executive level guests). Quick on/off to the 405 freeway and a nice change of pace if you're looking for something close to Seattle but not in Seattle. read more

My wife and I stayed here on a 3 day leisure visit to the area. Our oversized room was comfortable and had plenty of space for gear and relaxing. The hotel's not quite as nice as the spiff Westin in town, and it's not as walkable to Bellevue's shopping and dining district (it's a 20 min walk instead of 2), but at less than half the price it's a bargain. Parking's free, too. I've stayed at the Westin when my employer has picked it, but I'll stay at the Hilton when I'm spending my own money. read more

If you're looking for a good place to hold meetings or seminars this is the place to do it. The staff are professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous. The lobby has a great feel, places to drink coffee, beers & cocktails at the bar and a nice restaurant. The meeting rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming entrance and all the amenities you'll need to hold a successful meeting. The prices are not too bad, around $600 for a 50-60 seat room or $300 for a Hilton club member. I highly recommend this place to hold your events. read more

Our room is very dated and needs work. Shower tile has mold, unfolded a folded towel and someone's hair fell out of it, housekeeping knocking at 9:00 am on our room and our son's room to clean.... my son had someone's shorts on their balcony, outlets broken and when hubby got into the shower he noticed dirt on his feet in the tub. We feel it was an unpleasant and just disturbing stay and will not be recommending this hotel until they can make huge changes. We thought Hilton hotels were suppose to be nice? Guess not. We get hotels are all a bit nasty but, at least try. Smudges on the sliding doors?? I need a shower after this shower. read more

This place has an awesome pool! I don't book conferences, but if I did, I'd try to book this place because of their awesome pool. We couldn't find a piano anywhere when we stayed here....and a piano is a must for a good conference, so on second thought it might be good to shop around if you are considering this place for a conference. Hmmm, the pool area is really nice, though...so in summation, this is a decent hotel with a great pool that could be great for your conference as long as you bring your own piano. read more

I'm a bit conflicted on this one. The decor and architecture is very dated '70s or '80s, but staying on the executive floor was very enjoyable. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 9th floor, you will have unlimited beverages, a breakfast buffet just outside your door, and a nice little happy hour in the same spot as breakfast. Woah boy. Not quite sure what the positive reviewers are smoking, but I'll just give my experience... I have spend several nights at this hotel. Two nights a year, each year, from 2010 to 2012, while attending a local (and quite terrible, really) anime convention held there. The place looks filthy from the outside, I don't know how long they go without cleaning those windows. While the inside lobby is nice, the hotel is in a state of disrepair, and their employees can't really keep your information straight. On the subject of rooms, the last time I stayed there in 2012, my room came complete with a toilet that barely flushed, holes in the sheets, and broken dressers. Yikes. From the sixth floor you can look out the window and see the hotels outdoor pool. During October, when I have stayed there, the pool is out of season... For some reason, however, they don't see a need to cover it. It becomes full of leaves and other grime, and looks positively disgusting. What an eye sore. Now, when this hotel holds events, it seems to be okay with leasing out the parking garage across the way as further event space... This parking garage is intended for cars, not human beings. While the people who lease should have had the sense not to house events there, the people RUNNING THE HOTEL should have the sense not to lease it out to begin with. That parking garage is moldy, leaking, disgustin... The cracks in the ceiling are patched with tar, and event then they continue to leak. The hotel (or perhaps the convention leasing the space) seem to think an adequate solution is to string buckets to try and catch the water. I would often see hotel employees emptying these buckets. Yuck! I would not want to park a car there, yet I ended up stuck in there for hours. While much of this garage problem was caused by an unsavory convention staff holding their event at the Hilton, the hotel is also at fault. It was simply a case of shifty people working with shifty people... This hotel just isn't pleasant. I think it was, once, in it's glory days... but a lack of repair, and caring from the staff, have let it fall. And I'm not even going to MENTION the part where you're paying a TON each night, for a room without a fridge, microwave, or free wi-fi. Yikes. It amazes me how much better cheap hotels, like Best Westerns, usually are. read more

This hotel shouldn't be a HILTON in my opinion. It's dated, worn out and badly in need of a major renovation. I've stayed here several times on business and this time has to be the last. Mold is growing in the shower on the Executive floor and there is no excuse for that. The food in the concierge's lounge is absolutely inedible. So even in an older HILTON that needs an update there should still be standards and pride in the brand. I see nothing that says, "We are HILTON and we are proud." read more

This is the letter I sent to management at the Bellevue Hilton that has gone ignored.. Talk about a horrible visit! I have stayed in motels that were cleaner and had better service than here! Greetings Mr. Wallick, As I promised, I am forwarding the photo documentation of some of the many unacceptable events that we experienced in our overnight stay at your facility. First, let me start by explaining that the premise of our visit to the Bellevue Hilton was to celebrate our 10th anniversary which was also the first time in 10 years that both my wife and I stayed overnight anywhere without our children. This was supposed to be a very special and momentous celebration. That is something we will never get back. Our visit begins with the hassle of having to have the front desk staff email my dad (BR Hodges) to fill out some release form and scan and email it back. Once that was done was told that wasn't enough so he had to scan his card (front and back) and his driver's license. We then proceeded to our room (room 816 I think) and walk in to find the bathroom had a dried urine stain on the floor and a toenail on the floor. Then we head to the bed area to find not 1 but 7 toenails scattered about the carpet. The room was disgusting... I went downstairs and advised of the nature of the room, to which we were given a different room (room 810). We moved our belongings to the new room only to find another nail (not sure if it was a finger or a toenail) and hair on the floor of the bathroom. I brought these items down to the front desk in a tissue and advised this was nasty but the room didn't seem to be as bad as the last so we decided to keep this room. We decided to have a light dinner before the in-hotel restaurant closed. My wife ordered a Caesar's Salad and I ordered the French Onion Soup. The waiter brought out the salad and the soup. We looked at the salad and called the waiter back and advised him that we ordered a Caesar's Salad, not oil and vinegar. He proceeded to insult us by saying that it was not like the kind you buy in the store; the chef makes it from scratch. The soup actually tasted pretty good. The complementary bread was as rock hard and cold as the butter that came with the bread. We were tired and frustrated, gave the waiter a $20 and told him to keep it. We just wanted to head to the room at this point. We head up to the room and decided to have a cup of decaf coffee after hanging out at the room for awhile. I go to pull the Styrofoam cups apart so we could use them only to find some smelly soggy wet plant material at the bottom of one of the cups. At this point I was furious! I head down once again to show what I found in the cup. The new front desk person apologizes and gets security to bring me some new Tully's coffee cups. I go up to the room and proceed to prep for the coffee only to find the porcelain cups for the coffee maker were dirty~! Again I go down stairs and they bring me 2 clean cups. I head back to the room, make the coffee and we call it a night. 5am - I wake up to a severely cramping stomach followed by vomiting and waves of cramping in my stomach till about 10am . (I suspect the soup had been made that morning and had been sitting out all day to make me that sick!) We come down at this time with our belongs packed and you and I have our conversation. To say that we are disappointed that our 10th anniversary has been ruined is an understatement. I believe in being fair. I am giving the Hilton the opportunity to right these wrongs. Trust me, I am angry enough to blog, Facebook, tweet, etc.. this experience complete with photos but I understand how damaging something like this can be to the business as a whole and I would rather not punish all for the failure of a few. We stayed one Saturday night. We checked in early at 2:30pm and did not have to wait in line. The check-in process was quick but the front desk staff seamed less than enthusiastic about having to help us. The room was large and comfortable but within the first ten minutes we found a spider on a table, hair in the bathtub and peeling paint and wall paper. The beds were comfortable and warm. There was nothing disturbing our comfort but nothing to wow us either. Don't know that I would stay here again without some kind of a cheap room rate. read more

The shower leaked and flooded the floor. Room was not properly freshened each day. The staff skipped it on day four. Had to leave the room for housekeeping... when I returned, the room had not been properly cleaned and fresh towels were not left. I called the desk and they argued with me without seeing the room! The elevators were never vacuumed the four days I was a guest. By the last day it was unbelievable. read more

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Bellevue for a conference, and was extremely happy with their level of service. I travel a lot for my job, and this trip ended up being a bit of a headache--my flight landed late, and I had to rush to a meeting directly from the airport. I was surprised when I received a text message from the Hilton letting me know that, should I need anything to simply text them back. I had not even checked in yet! This service was extremely helpful. My dinner meeting also ended up running late, and I was beginning to get worried about checking into the hotel, past 9pm. Sent a text message-- and received a cheery response almost immediately. I wish more hotels offered this service. After checking in (with a very kind woman named Allyson) I asked if checking out late the following day was possible, as I had a 1 hour phone meeting and preferred to take that in the comfort of my room. She said that checking out late was no problem, and made sure to note it so there would be no problems the next day. GREATLY appreciated. I also want to extend my thanks to Daniel, who is the shuttle driver. My conference was only a few blocks away, so I had planned on walking. However-- Hilton offers a free shuttle, that will take you to and from nearby locations, as you need. This was unexpected, and ended up being a lifesaver, as the weather turned a bit ugly! Daniel was super friendly, and very helpful. Sure enough-- I sent a text message, and within 10 minutes he rolled up to the convention center to take me back to the hotel. As I said I travel a great deal for work, and my experience with the Hilton Bellevue was really exceptional. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service really went above and beyond. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and coworkers, and next year when I return to this conference I will be booking my stay here. read more

The facilities are nice but the staff is not. I went to check in after 3pm, the designated check-in time, but the guy at the front desk, names Brian, refused to give us a room. He said that there weren't any available and we had to wait at least an hour, an hour and a half after the check-in time they have listed. He then refused to try and help us, until I asked to speak with a manager, then all of a sudden a room was available. Needless to say I still made a complaint with his manager. If a bed for the night is all you're looking for, I'm sure this place is fine, that is if they can "find" you a room. read more
