    Scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my 23 MINI Countryman S ALL4 June 19th, 2024. That day has a bit of significance as that was the day the CDK Dealer Management System was hacked and held for ransom. Having been in the auto industry for over 40 years (OEM, dealership fixed and variable ops, Tier 1 supplier, etc.) I understand that issues do happen and the CDK situation was no exception. Where I did have a concern was about four weeks later I notice on my credit card statement a charge from Hilton Head BMW for over $290. Thinking this was an error, when I called the Service Department, was informed that in addition to the oil change they took care of another service of interior air filters - - which I did not expect. I'm very fortunate that money was not the issue, but rather coming in for a simple oil change and receiving a $290 bill was a bit of a surprise... NOTE: I was pleased that the Service Director (Donald Hooks) took the time to reach out and have a constructive conversation about the situation. I will say that the dealership did do quality work and their concern for complete customer satisfaction was appreciated. I think they have earned another shot at my business!

    I visited today to text drive a 2024 BMW IX. What a wonderfully exciting RV! Charles/Chuck was the sales rep that introduced me to the vehicle, game me an overview and rode around the island with me. Straight shooter who's knowledgeable about the product and wants to make sure that you're making the best decision based on your lifestyle. I highly recommend him and if I end up making a purchase I will do so WITH and BECAUSE of him even though I live out of state.

    worst experience of my life! i wasted 6 hours sitting in the lobby for my AC repair and not only did they not fix it, they charged me 350$ for diagnostics. when I got inside the car I saw that they also broke my air vents off then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me they didn't do it. Even when I showed them before and after photos they didn't take any accountability and the General Manager acted like a complete child. Extremely unprofessional and just goes to show how much society has really fallen. these men were completely disgusting and disrespectful. I will never buy a pice of shit bmw ever again only Mercedes because unlike these ignorant filth they have class. I hope the owner realizes one day the people working for him are complete trash and goes to show why they don't own the business and why they are stuck screwing people over for a living!

    I would like to thank everyone who helped me at Hilton Head BMW. I am in love with my dream car and I couldn't have found a better place to purchase it. Coming from Jacksonville, Fl I did not know what to expect, but everyone made me feel comfortable while making such a big purchase and wanted to make sure I left with my dream car I want to give a HUGE shout out to Cathy and the management team for always being patient with me and following up to ensure I received everything I wanted. With my wife newly taking up the sport, it made sense. Unfortunately due to COVID, inventories of used carts are very low. We arrived at a time when there seemed to be at least 10 others in the showroom and not enough staff to assist everyone. The receptionist was very nice and apologized, but asked us to be patient. Shortly aftewards, Mac Andrews, the owner, sat down with us to discuss our options. We found a very nice E-Z Go cart which was in excellent condition. It didn't take very long, but we made the deal right there. This is a family owned business and Mac's son Ben would be the person listed as the head of sales. We took the cart for a quick test drive through the parking lot and fell in love immediately. As a family owned business, they work extra hard for customer satisfaction. Mac asked if we wouldn't mind letting them work on polishing the cart, adding new batteries and all new tires before delivering to our door. One week later, we now have a great cart. Bruce is the person who works with Mac and Ben who delivered the cart and went over every detail from upkeep to standard maintenance. They offer a $99 package to do a full annual check up after 1 year. We'll definitely take them up on it. Great job!!

After getting things situated with insurance I called to see what I needed to do to get the car out OR scrap it. Not only is he a MASSIVE price gouger but also cheap with the scrap. Is trying to charge a single mother with an above $1000 bill just because the car is sitting and only offered me $250 off the bill for the scrap of my 2015 Rogue. It runs but needs major work that I most likely would have given him if the situation was better. THIS MAN IS THE EPITOMY OF AN Arseholp. And I dont know about you Bluffton neighbors but I would rather give my business to ppl like those at AutoTech who are honest and good people In general. I tried explaining the situation and even asked him how he could ethically do this to someone and he did not care. There has to be a cap on this kind of thing but he is willing and able to screw ppl at his leisure. No working with me at all. He even admitted I could go anywhere else and get way more for the scrap but this is all he is offering. Awful awful human being and apparently incapable of doing the right thing.

    If 0 stars was an option..... The service I received at Infiniti of Hilton Head was extremely poor…read moreand unsatisfactory. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and execution is unbelievable. I took my secondary vehicle in for service as part of a factory recall and was immediately bombarded with a list of discrepancies I would have to get serviced before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage bay to be inspected by a servicemember. This was odd to me and I looked at this as an attempt to capitalize on my visit and gain additional funds since the recall would be covered by the dealership. They proceeded to start the recall (ECM Reprogram) but did not have an engine sub-harness needed to complete the work. At this point I was informed they would order the sub-harness and that they would call me when it arrived. Tom and Brandon (Service Managers) advised that I could drive the vehicle in the interim while I awaited the parts. (Of note I expressed to them I would be moving out of state in two weeks due to a military PCS and needed the work to be completed prior to my move.) This was extremely poor advice considering the recall was a safety recall which could cause the vehicle to randomly stall out while traveling causing potentially fatal accidents. With no other options I left the dealership with my check engine light on (was not on prior to my visit) As time passed I began to feel as if the work was not prioritized due the nature of it being a recall and would be free of charge. After playing phone tag for two weeks I met my deadline to move and had no choice but to put my Infiniti on a trailer and haul it 550 miles away to North Carolina at my own expense. Once I finally was able to contact a representative I was told the sub-harness arrived a week prior and they neglected to reach out to inform me. This would have been nice to know when I called, around the time of delivery and prior to my move. After arriving to NC I experienced sporadic stall outs and random loss of power. To make a long story short... the took no ownership and never completed the work... my vehicle left their custody in a condition worse that it was prior to me bringing it in for service and their only remedy to date has been a continuous "I apologize this happened to you" "Im Sorry Mr. Goodman" Prior to this experience I've had nothing but praises for Infiniti and always informed people of my love of Infiniti vehicles. After such a horrible experience I will NEVER patronize another Infiniti dealership due to their lack of professionalism and accountability for such poor performance.
