AIRPORT HOTEL Outstanding experience at this conveniently located hotel. The spacious rooms feature comfortable beds and in-room refrigerators. Despite proximity to traffic, excellent soundproofing ensures restful sleep. Key amenities: Free 30-minute airport shuttle service Restaurant and bar in lobby Clean facilities with spacious, well-furnished lobby Complimentary 7-day parking for travelers (saving $10+/day vs. airport parking) Exceptional customer service from all staff, including Jasmine, Jaha, Roni, and the shuttle driver. Will definitely return.

Excellent service & staff... I stayed one night as my company had a meeting in their ballroom over the course of 2 days. The property is nice inside in the common areas and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I had an Arizona Room and it was very spacious with. Balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard area. The meeting area was nice, and the catering food was not bad! Super close to PHX with complimentary shuttle service.

I'm a diamond member and this is the only hotel where I feel appreciated. I landed in to Phoenix airport at 7:29am and called them to see if they will let me just hang out at the executive lounge while I wait for regular check in time (3pm). Drew was the one who picked up my call and he had to ask supervisor Ryan to check if it was ok & he said yes. I was so happy because I really didn't want to sit at the airport. I also requested a shuttle. Drew directed me to Arrivals, North side, door 7 and cross the street and go right where the curtesy shuttle pick up location was. I got picked up within 15 mins of that request. When I got to the front desk, Ryan told me that a room just popped up which is available. I was actually flabbergasted and wasn't expecting getting a room THIS early. I was happy though and thankful! I absolutely will come back to this hotel and even though it's $200+, it's money well spent. Great customer service from the both of them! They have an executive lounge on the 4th floor. I came on a weekend so they didn't have the amenities and snacks or breakfast out. However, I did get a coupon for one free appetizer at one of the restaurants. This location has two restaurants. One is breakfast buffet the other one is like a bar restaurant. Plus a grab and go Starbucks/food options. The rooms are clean and the housekeepers made a super cute bunny towel with tiny googly eyes! Such a nice touch. I had a balcony/ patio with the pool scenery. Really spacious room with a lot of wall plugs for my personal devices. And outside was surprisingly quiet even though we're near an airport. Overall, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I come back on my layovers! Really recommend!

Last year was a great stay here. I don't know what has transpired since then, but this year was not good. I booked an exec level room thinking my experience would be the same as last year when I was upgraded to exec. Nope. Front desk was borderline hostile when I was told instead of breakfast, I'd get a $15 credit (breakfast is $23 before tax & tip). It was pointed out I am only HH Gold and that even HH Diamond doesn't get free breakfast. My room was a normal king & faced the airport. I had to up the ac fan to drown out the planes. Pool facing rooms don't have this issue. The bathroom floor in front of the sink & toilet was sticky! Nasty! You have to close the door to enter the shower & the door has to be fully closed or fully open to use the toilet. I had asked for quiet as my priority. I could hear the people in the room next to me (with the adjoining door) until about midnight. They were repeatedly letting the door slam. Not a good stay. I will look elsewhere for 2025.

Very nice Hilton with enjoyable comforting beds and a delicious restaurant. Efficient for parking vehicle and getting a ride to the airport for a great price compared to the vast 'Park-N-Ride' businesses. Hotel room was expected, very clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. Temperate heating and cooling which you could quickly adjust. Quiet room and large T.V.. No issues and overall cleanliness was above par. Oddly, they have wrapped all their entrance doors in a dark wood vinyl that looks cheap; see attached photo and our door was torn and bound up. Otherwise, hallways and general grounds of the hotel was very, very nice and decorated for Christmas. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Quite impressed with very illuminated parking sidewalks. I found this to be incredibly detailed and assistfull so as not to trip but the detail was certainly upper quality imagery.

Only kid wearing a sweatshirt in 109 degrees Arizona heat!

Terrible food service. Overpriced and the tables are too close to one another. The service staff is weirdly rude. I would never go back.

I booked a bungalow in the retreat area to have access to the 2 other temperature regulated pools. It was beautiful the retreat area is very nice, it's further away from Weft & Warp and the Turquoise pool so it quiet and relaxing. Maydeline at the Spa was very helpful and very in touch with guest needs. One step ahead everytime. Colin really saved the day with making sure we had everything we needed. Brennan was also really helpful at breakfast and bringing us water all the way to the retreat pool. There was a minor hiccup with requesting ice while we were there but they did take care of it and apologized the next day for it not being done promptly, the acknowledgement was great and it really was such a minor thing. They have lots of activities everyday that are included and they also have experiences you can pay for.

The hotel is inspired by the colorful and folk art influenced works of renowned mid-century modern architect and designer Alexander "Sandro" Girard. The hotel's bio says he was the main source of inspiration for the design of the Andaz Scottsdale. The property is beautiful to walk around, with all the landscaping, flowers and trees; some of them are marked with what kind of plant they are. There are century plants and aloe and various cacti. The fitness center is located at the spa. It has windows which open up onto the pool, which is a more private pool than the main pool. The staff is outstanding. Savannah, who ran the front desk on my most recent visit, is absolutely amazing and really helped with any questions or small issues with my stay. The restaurant is wonderful for the hotel breakfast. I recommend having cocktails there too. You can see a beautiful sunset from the bar. I love the open design of this hotel resort because it makes you feel like you're in the countryside and you can admire the beautiful views of Camelback as you walk around the grounds and hear birds chirping. It's so relaxing. Parking is easy and you can usually find a spot right outside your casita room as the parking circles the hotel. Toiletries in the room smell so good! Lavender with sea salt. It's really like staying in a spa! One of my favorite experiences at this hotel was taking a late afternoon outdoor class at the spa/gym on the large lawn where we did stretching/light resistance training with the the sunset behind Camelback Mountain as the backdrop. It was glorious. I definitely recommend trying one of the classes or "experiences" if you stay here. Some of them you have to pay extra for, but a few of them are included with your room rate. At first glance the hotel interiors and architecture seem extremely simple and minimal, but then you realize it's actually all a piece of mid-century modern inspired art. It's really fun to walk around and admire all the understated design details at this hotel.

I ordered 2 food items and pre paid for 3 beers the bill came out to $52.18 I didn't think much of it and even tipped 25% After I finished my third beer. I decided to order a cookie with ice cream and an old fashioned to take up to my room. Again I tipped 25% My phone has text alert and I noticed the bill was $42.62 for what should have been $22.00 max I bought it to my bar tenders attention and she was working things out on the registry and came back with a receipt that didn't have prices just my order but she had added 1 extra beer. I told her it was wrong and she said it wasn't that the first time she had only charged me for 2 beers and this was my third beer. I did not want to argue so I left it at that but I couldn't sleep thinking about it. I mean dang I even tipped her good. The next day I reached out. To management I don't mind taking care of my servers and I'm always a good tipper. But I don't like being taken advantage of because they think I had a few drinks. Or they think I won't notice extra things. This is not okay. The hotel you check into is supposed to be a safe place like home to enjoy a drink or two. The management offered to refund the first bill of 52.18. But I told him I just wanted what I was over charged refunded plus my tips. At this point I feel she had the chance to correct my bill and make things right but she chose to make me feel like I was in the wrong. After the manager added my first bill up after I told him what I had ordered it turns out she charged 4 beers the first time and not just my 3 and way over charged me the second time. This is a great place to stay but keep an eye on what you order. More so late at night. Also my hot wings were cold in the center but I didn't even mention it to her at the time. The only drawback for me was how much noise there was outside on Camelback Road. I know they can't do anything about that, but it kept me up. So it's something to consider.

Dining: TAQUERIA CENTRO -- 10 out of 10. The food and service were both exceptional. Manager Carlos did an outstanding job and was a true highlight of our stay. Prado -- 4 out of 10. We visited Prado twice during our stay. Our first visit was for breakfast -- the food was okay but noticeably overpriced for what was offered. Our second visit was a far worse experience. We were seated and waited 15 minutes without our server ever acknowledging us, so we got up and left. The service at this restaurant was consistently poor and the pricing did not reflect the quality or experience provided. Dining Options -- Room for Improvement. For a resort of this size and reputation, the dining options felt limited. We would strongly recommend adding at least one additional restaurant to give guests more variety. The snack and coffee shop, which could help fill that gap, closed far too early in the evening. Extending those hours would go a long way in improving the overall guest experience, particularly for those who want a light bite or a cup of coffee later in the day. The Room -- 6 out of 10. The room itself was nice, but there were several issues that fell well below the standard I would expect from a resort of this caliber. The bed was old and noticeably worn down, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. To make matters worse, the comforter on the bed was torn and had visible holes in it -- something that should never make it into a guest room. We also struggled with the room temperature throughout the night and were unable to get it to cool down comfortably. A Bright Spot at Checkout: I spoke with Avery Williams, Director of Front Office, at checkout and she was genuinely outstanding. She was sincerely concerned about the issues we experienced and did everything she could to address them. She even followed up with an email after our departure, which was a very nice touch. Overall, I left feeling somewhat disappointed given the reputation of this resort. With a few improvements -- additional dining options, extended snack shop hours, updated room bedding and linens, and better temperature control -- along with a serious look at the service standards at Prado, this could easily be a 9 or 10 out of 10 experience.
