The bistek in this occasion was seasoned well, super soft. Gallopinto wasn't dry which is great and was a wonderful compliment to the dish. Tajadas were nice and crunchy but not too salty. Also took home a nacatamale (a nicaraguan tamale) for dinner and as we were leaving, I saw that they also have quesillo (a creamy white cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla and smothered in crema) - I am going to need to come back soon and get this as well!
