Extremely satisfied with the service i got from Hitrons. I went to replace my broken fridge. Was looking to buy a Samsung, but the sales rep recommended an LG (even though the Samsung was more expensive). He said that Samsung have been breaking more often these days. Went with the advice and purchased an LG fridge and couldn't be happier. On a side note, while I stopped by, got the chance to try their massage chairs. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU BUY SOMETHING THAT WILL NEVER HAVE TO BE SERVICED BY HITRONS. They may be lower priced, but there after sales service and techs are the absolute worst or non-existent!!!!! We bought an expensive 4 door LG fridge that had a couple of small dents and scratches, as we think we got a good deal. It did not work properly as it never got very cold. In addition the motor started making a large noise a few days later that woke us up and a bad odor started coming out. So I unplugged it. We called the sales manager (a Mr. Oh) at HITRONS in NJ on Monday July 1. He told us that a technician will come on Tuesday. By late Tuesday no one came and we called him again. He told us that someone would come on Wednesday. Correct no one came on Wed. On Thursday morning July 4th I came to the store at 9:00 AM when they opened and Mr. Oh was on the phone. He put the person on hold and promised me that a technician would come on Friday morning as their techs were not working on July 4th. Friday morning came and went. I called them again and their tech called me a few minutes later at 3PM. The tech told me that he will come between 7 & 8 PM. Unfortunately my wife and I had plans in the city for that evening. He started to get hostile on the phone and told me that he would come at 11PM or midnight. I realized he was just fooling with me. After him yelling at me, he said that he will be at our condo between 7:00 AM & 10:00 AM on Saturday July 6th. We changed our plans to go to the New Jersey beaches (it is 90 degrees today) from 9;00 AM to 11;00 AM. At 10:30 AM this morning (Sat. July 6), we started calling again. They said that they would call back shortly. When they called us back at noon, we were told to our HORROR that their service is only done Monday through Friday. Yup...no fridge and no beach for us on this wonderful July 4th weekend. STAY AWAY FROM HITRONS IN FAIRVIEW, NJ. They lie, they manipulate and their staff never had any form of customer service training. read more

There are few US dealers for this superb Italian made line of mattresses. Jane at Hitrons so believes as I do that this Mattress company offers the best and most comfortable versatile line of mattresses that Magniflex is the only brand they offer. Be it one with all natural components to the foam orthopedic mattress for athletes and people with back problems, which I bought, Magniflex offers wonderful variety as well as various pillows to sample. During a recent vacation, my wife found that using a professional grade massage chair helped relieve her pain and increased her range of movement. When I called Hitrons and spoke with Jane, she said that they had about 30 different chairs to try out if we wanted to. She said that each chair feels different and it's a personal choice. Boy, was she right! We visited the Ridgefield Park, NJ location. Kyung, the owner knew exactly which chairs would be helpful for my wife's medical condition and she was able to take her time comparing them until she found the right model. She had his full attention for almost 2 hours and I was quickly educated about the chairs and their differences; Kyung has a wealth of knowledge because he's been in the business for 15 years. It turns out that for the same price I would have paid online, I got free delivery to Pennsylvania within 2 days and their crew assembled and tested the chair. They showed my wife how to use it. If I bought the chair online, I would have to carry it upstairs and set it up myself. I received a 5 year parts AND labor warranty from Hitrons, where online would only have been 3 years parts, NO labor. At Hitrons, it really matters that you are a satisfied customer. Hitrons' service was amazing when it came to the delivery of my mattress and they even took my old mattress! The mattress has helped me out tremendously with my back problems.
