When you call for a refrigerator repair you already have an issue and therefore are in a bind to get fixed as soon as possible - and they clearly state they have a warranty on their work so it was work the shot. Well, Certified Refrigeration answered my call, Joe the owner called me personally to get a sense of what the issue is and advise me of which tech he will send out and approximately when he will get there. He also told me what to do to prepare for the tech. Paul, one of the techs, came out within 1 hour of my call, 1 hour?! That is faster than many restaurant deliveries. Paul was great - he was technical yet personable, and well articulated. He took thorough look, explained the two possible problems and that he will need to figure out whether resolving one would fix the other or if both need to be addressed in their own right. He gave me an instant quote of how much the job would be and it was right on the mark at job completion. They also proactively replaced a few bulbs that were out and defrost timer in the refrigerator at no extra charge. Thanks Paul and Joe for saving the day!

After a quick look at the freezer, and a long time defrosting the issue, Victor was able to fix it for a reasonable price. Fingers crossed, everything has been great so far. He apologized and said he would fix it. I have called him several times in the last two months and he said he would fix it every time. He hasn't responded since. The fact that he damaged the walls without saying anything and his subsequent lies about fixing the problem show a lack of integrity. Which makes it all the more disappointing that he chose not to say anything about the damage, then lied about coming to fix it.

He then delayed in returning to fix his shoddy work which left leaks in my ceiling. Gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was busy (what he told me) and tried to work with him again months later. He delayed the job incessantly, never finished and was extremely rude and disrespectful. The decent person in the initial meeting is not who you get when the work inevitably is done wrong. For your sake, do not hire this person.
