Amazing!! OMG why did I ever buy flowers at the supermarket? I heard the owner is thinking of selling so either management may change or it might get consumed by another flower shop. The shop is a little unusual in the sense when you walk in you feel it's not really customer service ready. You wait for someone to come to you. Once you get past that you feel lost because you have nothing to look at. They ask you how much your budge it and my personal feeling was I hope they don't laugh at me when I say $30-$40. I only saw one large bouquet that looked like it was very expensive. They took me in a cooler with a small selection of flowers. They told me to choose and with my price point they put together a bouquet. I got the roses down below and let me tell you these to ladies where nothing but professional assembling these flowers. I appreciate that Ruby was able to accomodate my last minute order, but I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers and level of customer service. I told her what colors I wanted and told her I had a budget of around $60. She whipped it together in about 20 minutes. It was an okay arrangement but more disappointing was the flowers themselves didn't seem lively and fresh. They looked dull and droopy. Worst of all, my $60 budget was completely ignored. I was charged over $90. I was shocked, as I clearly communicated what I was looking to spend. I was charged 50% more than what I communicated my budget was, without having been asked or notified?! First and last time I'm ordering from here. I ordered a flower crown for a one year old and a garland for a high chair. I first messaged and texted, had phone conversations with them to see if they could make what I needed, they said they could. I submitted pictures of what I wanted and I was also very specific about the colors I wanted, which were very light shades of pink only, just like the pictures that were submitted. I also asked for very minimal babys breath in the flower crown, since it was for a one year old. I simply asked for a flower crown exactly like the picture that was submitted with the same color of flowers and a matching garland since I needed them to match the rest of the flowers and decor of my daughter's party. They said they could make it. Instead I got a flower crown with dark pink and peach roses and also a lot of baby's breath. The crown was so small, it didn't even fit on my one year old head. The garland was also a fail. It was not a garland. It was just a long and thin flower arrangement. With eucalyptus, baby's breath and peach and dark pink roses. I have seen and purchased garlands before and this was not a garland. Just long eucalyptus stems with a couple roses and baby's breath held at one end with a rubber band. I paid over $100 for this. I guess I learned my lesson and will go back to ordering from my previous florist, since she knows what she is doing. read more
