My experience with both Andrew Salvador and Ian Moore with Hoffmann Brothers was one of the very BEST experiences I have ever had with contractors in any home I've ever owned and I've owned 4 homes! Andrew went way above and beyond what I expected from a plumber. He was also super friendly, informative and courteous! If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely be calling Hoffmann Brothers and requesting Andrew! He cleaned up a mess after an awful sewage backup that even my restoration company said, "Plumbers don't usually do all the cleanup. He made their job easier!" Ian Moore was equally friendly and informative. Again, both Andrew and Ian were fantastic, and I would recommend them to any and all friends, family, and neighbors. What went well? Everything. We had Kurt and Darrell and Style are stackable of the washer and dryer. It was a very complicated situation, with both pieces installed in a small closet. They were extremely professional, did an amazing job, and were very personable. I didn't realize that time, and I wish I had known, but we could've bought our appliances through Hoffman Brothers and just had them installed with Hoffman. We purchased a stackable washer and dryer from Lowe's, who ultimately told us they could not install them even though we paid for installation. Hoffman Brothers does everything! HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Thank you, gentlemen, from saving us a lot of stress! Will definitely be calling them to set up some additional projects around the house. read more

Kurtis was very good and helpful. It was your computer that caused the problem. I was told several times that the service man would come between 4-6pm. Kurtis had on his schedule to come at 1:30 pm. I had people over for a BBQ on Sunday. He came when we were starting to eat. I expected him later. So I had to deal with everything when my company was at my house eating. I was not happy. Poor Kurtis was confused too because of the time differences. Otherwise he did a good job finding the leak and checking all my other gas appliances. I thought the charges were a little too high even though I have a service agreement with Hoffmann Brothers. read more

Adam Bradshaw came to my house to look at my dishwasher. Adam explained what repairs would need to be done and the cost. He then told me dishwasher was 29 years old And the $600 to repair, in his opinion was a waste of money and I should consider a new dishwasher and I concurred and ordered a new one from Adam. He also told me using dishwater detergent with Dawn soap causes suds that don't drain. He then showed me a trick, using dry coffee creamer to dissolve the suds. Adam was just wonderful and knowledgeable. Just another example on why Hoffmann Brothers is the BEST! read more

We were able to secure service from Hoffman Brothers the day after we called. Griffin, our service tech, listened to understand our A/C issues. He was able to determine the issue after examing our A/C unit. He provide 3 options and explained what each option provided and the costs. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. When the repairs wete completed, he conducted a maintenance check of our A/C system. We would recommend Hoffman Brothers for the quick response to our service request and the excellent service provided by Griffin. read more

Kevin Gobble was newer to Hoffmann Brothers, but I wouldn't have known that if he hadn't told me. He was extremely knowledgeable, especially when a problem with our unit presented itself. Alex did a great job diagnosing my dryer issue and explaining all my options. He offered prices up front and was very thorough.
