Terrible service. Not following Covid restrictions or following appointments. I've made several appointments and they always say "wait a little bit" what's the point of a appointment? Absolutely no point. Just unprofessional and money hungry. They barely clean because they leave no time for cleaning. I called today at at 135 for a 5 o'clock appointment and when I got there no one greeted me. And when I asked about my appointment they all Started speaking another language. I drove 40 minutes from my house Just to be exposed to Covid and not even be serviced: spend your money elsewhere. This was my go to nails salon for quite some times . But the last two manicures I've had , I've been very disappointed because my gel polish only lasted a couple of days instead of two weeks plus . It starts chipping off . I don't always have time to go back and have it fix . The staff and owner is very welcoming , nice , and attentive but they need to do something with their polishes or I won't be coming back . I've been a re-occuring customer of Holiday's for the past 10+ years and whenever I go, I always had positive experiences. The longest I had to wait as a walk-in was 30 minutes but that was because it was close to the summer at the time and it was very busy that night. Depending on what I get, I always spend 90 minutes here. The staff are extremely professional and take their times. I always get a gel manicure and mines currently have been on for more than 2 weeks. No chipping or anything (although I am in need to get my nails done again). The only bad experience I had with this salon was the eyebrow waxing. When I was younger, they always waxed them too thin so I had to grow them out or fill them in. All in all, affordable and reasonable prices for manicures and pedicures, great experiences with the staff, and comfy atmosphere!! read more

I'm looking for a nail salon in my neighborhood that does good consistent work. When I first walked in I didn't get greeted. I didn't feel welcomed at all. This isn't the place where your nail tech smiles and has pleasant conversations with you. That is a con for me. A pro for the nail salon is the price and short time it took to do the manicure and pedicure. If my gel nails last at least 2 weeks then I would consider returning. The nail techs that did my pedicure and manicure were too rough. They took off too much cuticle and it was a painful process. Maybe they were rushing? It looks like this salon values quantity over quality. As seen in my pics, my cuticles for some nails tore and began bleeding within a few days of getting the manicure. It was painful. The pedicure wasn't anything special. I didn't like how thin this salon shaves/files down your nails. The pedicure started chipping the next day. 3 days after the pedicure, most of my nails began chipping. I'm going to have to get my toes redone. Overall, not the worst experience I've ever had but I don't see myself becoming a regular there. Btw, they do accept credit/debit cards. I was able to leave the tip on the card. read more

This one is tough...this is my go-to nail salon that my mom and I go to once every two weeks since it is so close to our home. We have our few favorite nail techs who are absolutely phenomenal. There are just a few things that I wish the place would change. There are so many old gel nail polishes that are crusted and dried out that are never thrown away. I will go through 5 colors until I can finally find one that is ok to use or has polish in it. The other thing is the cleanliness of the place. The salon is open 7 days a week and it is always busy which is great, but I would sacrifice one of those days for them to clean up. They don't have an autoclave and the techs reuse the same tools on multiple clients. once after a particularly aggressive pedicure I ended up with a mild infection in my toenail. today was my third time here. First time I had an older woman who did a great job on my feet. I was very satisfied and thought I had found a new salon. Salon is very big, clean and bright. Second time I went I had a young woman who wanted to rush and did not take the time to cut my toe nails. She used that electric wand instead. Today was the same Did not take the time to cut my toe nails. Took the fast way. Plus both times I felt they were talking about my feet to each other as the other techs would look over.
