Absolutely loved the service! The place is very tidy and clean with such a cute pink vibe - it's very welcoming. There's a parking lot behind the building and as well the entrance. Lyn did my pedicure today and she was great! She was very detailed and meticulous, which was what I was looking for in a nail salon. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and was overall very sweet. I came in on a Saturday and while it was a little empty, it felt REALLY nice to get the attention from her. Prices are really good too as they offer a variety of services apart from nails. I got a basic pedicure with gel and it was $34. I always go to get my eyebrows done and Nancy (owner) always leaves me looking so good absolutely love her work! I have tried another salons and they just want you in and out as quickly as possible and don't even ask how you would like them. But never Nancy she looks at your eyebrows, tells you what you she would like to do (ofc remember as customers you can say no it's okay and tell them how you would like it) put since I always come and she knows im a regular she knows how I like them and let her. Kind of recent but not really got the place redone and looks so cute with the pink wall and new decor I love the change they put really gives a girly vibe !! I highly recommend Nancy give her a shot just have to be open how you would like your service done and they are flexible to it. read more

I've been to several salons and have fallen in love with Holly's Nails. The salon is cute and girly. Service is excellent and I'm well taken care of by Holly and staff. They have a nice selection of nail colors and they have a card I get stamped with every service visit. They've recently closed on Sundays. I know they need a day off too, but I like Sundays to get my nails done. Not a big deal though. read more

So me and my mom went. I got a gel Manicure and my mom got a regular pedicure. Went there around 2ish, they had no customers and greeted us with open arms. But... theirs a but, they started giving my mom a hard time when she was picking a color for her toes. The lady doing her toes was getting mad and kinda raising her voice because my mom didn't want the color she ended up choosing. So the lady went back to get another color for her and my mom didn't like it. And she was talking to the other lady taking care of me and who knows what she was saying but she was getting mad. The lady that was doing my moms pedicure literally told her to get up from her seat ( remember she's getting her toes done) and choose her own color. I was such in shock because I don't think that was great customer service. This happen literally right after I pay and tip them $10. I'm definitely not coming back! No one should get mad because the customer wanted to change there color. Literally while I was typing this, randomly the lady attending my mom, she apologized and said sorry. But still doesn't make up for what happen minutes ago. read more

Despite the bad neighborhood it's located in, the vibes in here are great, they keep the door locked so I felt safe inside! The massage chairs were good, and they were extremely nice, I got a gel pedicure by Annie, and it was about 35/40 mins and not rushed! Would definitely recommend, she even gave me a leg massage and hot towel after it was finished. read more

Kathy always taking care of my pedicures and does a amazing job every time I go she's always full of energy. Litterally the worst salon I've ever went to. They have a limited supply of color. I came in to get a mani pedi and got acrylics. The place has a limited supply of options to choose from. The lady who did my nails was not gentle whatsoever and made me bleed three times, was buffing and filing the skin around my nails roughly. Did a poor job at filing and shaping my nails, they look so uneven. Had the top coat of gel all over my skin around my nails and did not even bother to them it up so I was picking at the gel around my nails the whole time my pedicure was being done. read more

Stumbled upon this gem while en route to another salon I frequent in the area for a haircut and spontaneously decided to give it a try. Amongst another "hole in the wall" salon competing with other "hole in the wall salons" in the area advertising 8.00-10.00 haircuts. Stylist was very nice and efficient - was maybe in there a total of 15-20 min from wait time to the chair. If you are not afraid to tread waters in "less than desirable areas", give this place a try. read more

Been going here for some years because it's right down the street. Although they dont have alot of options like any other shop I enjoy going to this nail shop. I always go with daisy she is very nice and she knows my style. Daisy does not complain or make any type of body language to show irritation which other places tend to do if you ask for additional service. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I came in to get my underarms waxed and the waxer (her name is Nancy) double dipped the same applicator into the wax. I was shocked when I seen her do it. That's very unprofessional and disgusting. On top of that she works like she has no experience in waxing. DO NOT COME HERE for ANY service.
